The donuts here are better than average only. Have stopped here in multiple occasions, if you don't get here before 11 forget about it. They run out of most items and will be slim pickings. That aside if you want a decent donut this is your place. Coffee nothing to write home about btw. read more

They have these plain doughnuts called ( I think ) Dippers. They are the best plain doughnut in the universe.

These are the finest doughnuts I know of. Just get their early! Everything is made fresh every morning and when they run out, usually around noon, they close up and are done until tomorrow. read more

I must have driven by this place over 20 times and hadn't had a need for donuts until recently. It's a small, no frills place but what it houses inside will make you a lifetime customer. On this particular visit we decided on 1 1/2 dozen and we choose: raised chocolate frosted (my favorite), honey dipped chocolate, french cruller, glazed, blueberry, cherry, custard filled, jelly stick, peanut, and coconut. I'll be back, because they have even more to choose from and most importantly they really are very good. The service was fast and friendly and the shop is very clean. This place has a coconut custard filled donut wow! There's nothing else like it on the planet. The staff is super nice. The problem is you want to try them all. I rarely review; however, I was disappointed with my donut purchase. I got a half dozen. First time patron. Inside smelled delicious. Donuts looked fantastic. But my plain, and cider mill donuts were disgusting. I couldn't eat them. The bottom half was rock solid. It literally made a sound when I tapped it with my fingernail. Over fried, yet and still the very middle was a bit undercooked (which is not a deal breaker) but the outer layer of those donuts were over fried and dried out. Pretty bummed bc I live near there and I LOVE donuts. My glazed ones were fine. But glazed is a sweet option early in the morning. I have 2 stars bc the worker was kind. read more

All of the donuts I tried here were above-average. However, their gem is the custard-filled french cruller, and I don't even (ordinarily) like crullers. These are unique, and they taste delicious. If I lived closer, I would probably go broke, as I would buy some for everyone I know to try. Their apple stick is pretty tasty, too. I tried it--reluctantly--at the suggestion of a patron who clearly was a "regular" there. The cake in those tends to be too heavy, but not here. It was firm enough to hold the apple filling, but it's light enough to allow you to enjoy the taste without having that "lump in your gut feeling." Plus, Kurt (I think that's how you spell his name) is really nice and personable. He clearly is into his craft (of making great tasting donuts). read more
