This place is the real deal folks. We love Daily Fresh Donuts when we go camping in MS with our family. Family owned and operated. The donut holes are so light and airy. Very delicious. You can eat about 24 of them without batting an eye lash. The cream donuts, jelly donuts and bear claws are amazing. The cream in a cream donut is very tasty just as a Boston cream donut should be. The jelly donuts are my favorite. I love them as the jelly is not that fake stuff. They taste like a homemade jam. Real smooth jelly stuffed in your donut here. Love, love, love them. The donut is very light and delicious. You will not be disappointed in this one. They have beverages too, but I don't have any insight as I haven't sampled them. These are freshly made donuts, but don't be surprised if you show up late in the morning and they don't have much left. This place is super popular as well it should be! Enjoy! read more

I really wish they would make CAKE donuts available every day. Not non glazed but real CAKE donuts. So many so called donut bakerys don't have a clue what a cake donut is. Up north we know the difference. Just sayin. read more

Not impressed. No lights were on inside when I arrived on a Tuesday at about 845 AM. There was however a large plastic sign on the glass door announcing that they were Open along with some other homemade signs. I also saw a car at the drive thru window. When I went in only ambient light from the large windows lit the place up--the service area at least on a cloudy day. The kitchen area was completely dark. It was very cluttered inside. It looked like they were in the middle of moving/vacating the business, having a rummage sale, or maybe just dirty and really back alley "décor". There was not a large selection of donuts--perhaps a selection of 6-8 varieties that filled only the top half of the case all scrunched together on big yellow trays. The woman at counter didn't want to be bothered. She was indifferent to me after she finished the sale at the drive thru window. I never received a greeting of any kind. When asked if they had pig in the blankets as talked about by one reviewer she said sarcastically, "yeah, right there." She didn't point, motion, or direct but only stood her ground at the cash register waiting for me to presumably make a decision. The pastry I had asked about was partially obstructed by papers lying on the glass case top. I had to look under the mess to see them beneath the glass on the top shelf. When I told her I'd take one she had to cross several feet from the payment counter to the adjacent pastry case. When I owned my bakery, I took orders from the pastry case with a greeting. Basically it shows you want to make a sale (it helps pay the light bill). The pig itself was not notable. Basically it was a jalapeno hot dog with a slightly sweet, overgrown bun that was doughy and the texture of white bread. Cost about $2.45 tax included. She made her way back to the cash register THEN asked if I wanted anything else (like she was gonna walk back around and get something else for me including beverages which were behind the pastry case she had just left). She didn't bother to ask me if I wanted it heated up as most shops, rather ALL shops I have been in, do. No napkins given, offered or even seen. I gave her 3 one dollar bills and when she gave me my change she basically tossed it at my hand spilling onto the counter. I don't know if this was the owner who was dressed kinda shabby (maybe in a smock that was grey), long black hair half up with an untidy pony tail, no head cover, no gloves, middle age, and very uninterested in what was going on. But if it was an employee of mine I'd have fired that one pretty quick. If it was the owner (which I suspected), then yeah you Should have a rummage sale and then fire yourself. All in all the service was unacceptable, the overpriced product was not as good as Wal-Mart's, and please--PAY YOUR LIGHT BILL. And tidy up a bit. read more

Got up at 5:30 ... got to Donut shop at 6:00... sign say hours 6:00-2:00... there was no one there... I wait... at 6:30 2 people come and open doors... one comes to me and says it will be about 7:00 before donuts are ready, no guarantee...so I leave... what a way to run a business... read more

The donuts are good. The pigs in a blanket are better. They have regular and spicy. I always go for the spicy. The bread they use for them is the best. You have to get there at least before 9am because I've seen them sell out. They usually give free donut holes with your order. The staff is always friendly, and I haven't ever been there where they haven't smiled. I've been a frequent customer, and I have no reason to stop. read more
