Wanted a BLT without Ciabatta but no options for a different bread, bummer. I just ordered sans the mayo. Took my ticket and had a seat. The place is pretty sparse. I would think they use the kitchen to cook for their catering business as well. Heard the sizzling of bacon and about ~15 minutes after, I was handed my breakfast. I love that they use recyclable take-away containers. Upon inspection, I was blown away by the thick-cut bacon and crispy tender Ciabatta. I took my first bite and the crunch from the Ciabatta, salty thick bacon, thinly sliced tomato and lettuce, took me to my happy place. Many establishments tout thick-cut, quality bacon and fall short. Not WTC, the bacon was so good. I can just imagine it candied. Yummm. Needless to say, I enjoyed my BLT. I wish I could try it with their French toast and I wish they were open on the weekend, as I'm usually at work during their business hours.

Food taste: In other weeks, I've had to add my own sauces. I always order the deluxe portion for 20% more food because the regular size is too small for me. I cook and add more veggies because most prepared foods don't give me enough. The only thing I needed to add to these last meals were a pinch of salt, but this makes sense because the food is made for all types of people. Delivery: I love the fact that the food is delivered to my doorstep. They deliver on Sundays and seem to be providing service every other week now. There are 4 options available but you can adjust how many servings you want of each meal. Service: No issues and I get a prompt response each time.

All the meals were solid with really good flavor and they kept well. My ranking would probably be 1. Peruvian Spiced Salmon 2. Red lentils and chicken 3. Beef & Potatoes 4. Mexican Street Corn Mac. I liked that they include the macros on the label for you to see easily. It's healthy, simple, but delicious! And the delivery service was great, I live in an apartment building and they brought it all the way to my floor and left outside my door. Would highly recommend.

I was shocked at how much a large sub was yet I know the quality is always good and better than similar place. We ordered four large subs - two Italian meatballs and two turkey sandwiches. The two sandwiches I ordered for myself were my meals for 3 days. I hardly eat fast food and remember that I last bought footlong Italian meatball sandwiches for $5. The sandwich tasted good like the ones I bought for $5 yet I understand how prices of food has doubled in a year or two. If you love Firehouse Subs and go there regularly, I strongly suggest downloading the free app to get free food through the reward points.

First of all, it is oppressively hot today and it was hot and muggy inside the restaurant. I felt so bad for the employees working. There were only 2 groups dining in and everyone looked miserable with sweat on their faces. It took a little while for our food to be ready, but the girl who gave it to me was very nice. Imagine my surprise, when upon returning home (about 15 min away, so no way was I going to drive back), our sandwiches had nothing on them. It was as if the person manning the toppings station looked at the sandwiches and said, "Naahh." I ordered a turkey sandwich that was supposed to come with provolone, mayo, deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, onion, green peppers, oil & vinegar, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper. I got a couple of clumps of turkey and cheese melted together, 3 slices of banana pepper, and 2 slices of jalapeños. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? It was disgusting and so irritating. I had to basically make my sandwich at home (the mayo on the bread in the picture was added by me at home). For $17?! Get a life. Never again. Firehouse, fix your AC so your employees aren't so hot that they stand around like zombies instead of making sandwiches.

They were crispy, good amount of filling and nice flavor overall. Fantastic. I think they should serve the meal with a bit more rice. The Pernil, pulled pork was sort of dry and unfortunately the large side of garilc mojo sauce (garlic oil) was sideways in the bag and by time I got it home, the oil had all leaked out into the paper bag and onto the floor mat inside my car. The mofongo bites listed as 5 bites, however I only received 4. They were on the sweet side. The masa from the plantain taste too ripe for my liking. I prefer more green plantains in my mofongo. The tostones were pretty good. The pictures made them look a bit larger, but oh well. This was my first time ordering from a ghost kitchen, and the concept is a brilliant idea because you can order from so many cuisines! You can try so many restaurants in one place. Quite amazing.
