I'm in love! We saw their seasonal drinks on Instagram and had to come here. They were even better than I expected. The mango mousse with passionfruit curd was fantastic. The place is super cute & you can sit inside or outside. We got there at noon and there was plenty of shade outside. Some things were a little pricey but absolutely worth it. I'd rather pay a little more and get something great than go to Starbucks and have something mediocre. The staff was helpful describing what was in the drinks and desserts as well as making accommodations.

My mentee and I wanted to give a "non chain" coffee shop a try and I didn't even know this spot existed despite living in Waxhaw for years. Staff was kind and friendly. They may have been a tad overstaffed today with soooo many behind the counter. It's small and quaint so on a really cold or hot day, I don't there would be any where to sit. It was very cutely decorated for Christmas. I love holiday drinks and wanted to veer away from my traditional peppermint anything so I got a pecan macchiato. It's was "ok"...not as pecan-y flavorful as I wanted. One suggestion... have ceramic mugs for orders enjoyed here.

First time here and it was easy to find. It is a small spot for sure, there's like only 4 tables inside. But outside is pretty spacious. They have a good selection of stuff on the menu. It is a little out of the way for me so I'd probably wouldn't go again. The staff was nice too. Nothing bad to say about it. We got the strawberry cold brew and the sweetheart matcha, it was delicious.

I love the butterfly matcha. Tonight I got their Valentine's spin on it with my daughter - the Playground Matcha. Super yummy (pictured). We also split a delicious chocolate pistachio muffin. The girl working tonight was delightful and quick even with a large line of people. It's always nice to pop in and I love the valentines decor.

My wife made me wake up and take this 45 minute drive to come visit this spot! She saw on tic tock that they had the famous fruit pastries. So we had to take the drive. Upon arriving, it's located in downtown Waxhaw. A small hidden gem. The line was out the door. The inside had about 4 smalls tables. They had a couple more tables and seats outside. We wait for about 15 minutes and got a matcha latte and a red bull passion fruit energy drink. The drinks were ok, nothing to write home about it, but was good. But that's not really why we came there. We ordered 2 fruit cakes. A mango and banana. Those things was a hit with my wife. They look just like the fruit but was really well made. A good balance of sweetness and you can tell they took their time making it. The mango was the best! The note says it takes 3 days to make. By the time we ordered and this was 10am they were starting to sell out. Even at an eye watering 20 dollar a piece, people were buying multiples. One person left with 10! They had a bunch of other desserts that i will try next time! Wish we were closer cause i would definitely frequent here for their desserts!

I heard later in the afternoon they have live music and a lot more of a vibe, but honestly it was perfect for my friends and me. They have fishing, a park for kids, games, animals, food, picnic tables, and lots of open space to run around. Very family-oriented and such a nice outdoor experience. We really don't have many places like this in Miami, so I genuinely enjoyed myself. I didn't try the lemonade this time, but I did get an iced coffee and it was delicious. Next time I'm trying the lemonade, it comes in these mini buckets and looked super refreshing with a bunch of flavor options. If I'm not mistaken, parking was free (maybe because it was Sunday), and if you plan to fish, you do need to get a wristband and pay. Their shop I feel like is a little small so when it's busy, can be hard and crowded inside. I do like that they offer different things like bakery items, coffee, ice cream and wine. Good amount of seating inside (mostly 2-seaters; one larger table reserved for bigger groups). Helpful and friendly staff who were amazing with my little one. You have to try a slice of the basque cheesecake. The plain slice (with no whipped cream or fruit topping) is not overly sweet and the perfect amount of "burnt" & creamy. We also tried the madeleines, which - as the café's name suggests - were on point. And the garlic bagel is a garlic + cream cheese lover's dream. The iced dalgona latte was such a treat. Sweet with a creamy foam and topped with crunchy cookies - very well balanced and delightful to drink. The prices reflect the care and high quality of the products.
