First time here and it was easy to find. It is a small spot for sure, there's like only 4 tables inside. But outside is pretty spacious. They have a good selection of stuff on the menu. It is a little out of the way for me so I'd probably wouldn't go again. The staff was nice too. Nothing bad to say about it. We got the strawberry cold brew and the sweetheart matcha, it was delicious.

I love the butterfly matcha. Tonight I got their Valentine's spin on it with my daughter - the Playground Matcha. Super yummy (pictured). We also split a delicious chocolate pistachio muffin. The girl working tonight was delightful and quick even with a large line of people. It's always nice to pop in and I love the valentines decor.

My wife made me wake up and take this 45 minute drive to come visit this spot! She saw on tic tock that they had the famous fruit pastries. So we had to take the drive. Upon arriving, it's located in downtown Waxhaw. A small hidden gem. The line was out the door. The inside had about 4 smalls tables. They had a couple more tables and seats outside. We wait for about 15 minutes and got a matcha latte and a red bull passion fruit energy drink. The drinks were ok, nothing to write home about it, but was good. But that's not really why we came there. We ordered 2 fruit cakes. A mango and banana. Those things was a hit with my wife. They look just like the fruit but was really well made. A good balance of sweetness and you can tell they took their time making it. The mango was the best! The note says it takes 3 days to make. By the time we ordered and this was 10am they were starting to sell out. Even at an eye watering 20 dollar a piece, people were buying multiples. One person left with 10! They had a bunch of other desserts that i will try next time! Wish we were closer cause i would definitely frequent here for their desserts!

Well-crafted, naturally leavened breads and pastries w/ a rustic twist, exceptional service, delicious local coffee and all of the good vibes. I recently visited and picked up some pastries - a croissant, a pain au chocolat, and my fave: a kouign- amann. You know how your chocolate croissant never has enough chocolate? Virtuoso serves up the right balance of flaky, buttery, crackly pastry w/ a nice thin layer of chocolate that covers the entire base of the pastry - perfection! These aren't croissants are airy and light as they should be. Now to my fave - the kouign-amann with a twist. A buttery toasty laminated pastry similar to croissant but and filled with a creamy not-to-sweet egg custard that will make you swoon! It's like if a a kouign-amann and a Portuguese pastel-de-nata had a baby! #IYKYK They have a great variety of sourdough breads including baguettes, country loaves and some made with locally-milled whole grains. The coffee is locally roasted Enderly coffee. The record player spins cool tunes and the good vibes are off the charts. What a blessing to have this place in our backyard. Runs don't walk, y'all.

Good amount of seating inside (mostly 2-seaters; one larger table reserved for bigger groups). Helpful and friendly staff who were amazing with my little one. You have to try a slice of the basque cheesecake. The plain slice (with no whipped cream or fruit topping) is not overly sweet and the perfect amount of "burnt" & creamy. We also tried the madeleines, which - as the café's name suggests - were on point. And the garlic bagel is a garlic + cream cheese lover's dream. The iced dalgona latte was such a treat. Sweet with a creamy foam and topped with crunchy cookies - very well balanced and delightful to drink. The prices reflect the care and high quality of the products. They also sell Madeleine cookies, of course, though we didn't get any. The service was given with genuine smiles. The prices were normal - not a deal but not over-the-top. We enjoyed our breakfast and will happily come back!
