Wow! Littl Madeleine is such an amazing place. From the moment you walk in, you immediately feel like you've stepped into a classy and modern cafe. There is a separate area to order and or purchase your baked goods. The staff were very friendly and patient. Their Madeline's are soft, pillowy, and delicious. I love how they do rotate their flavors. I decided to try their garlic cream cheese bagel. It was absolutely delicious. I could have eaten multiple. I ordered their cloud matcha latte and it was the perfect balance of earthy and sweet. My friend tried their dalgona coffee and chicken salad sandwich, which she enjoyed! There is a decent amount of tables to sit and enjoy your treats. Parking is plentiful. Customer service was top tier! I cannot wait to be back!

The only negative is that I went there to get some work done, and they do not have a lot of outlets. Will definitely be going back with a fully charged computer to keep trying all their different cookies and drinks!
This coffee shop is so, so cute, the staff is kind, the baked goods look heavenly, and there is ample seating. That being said, I did not have a good experience here :( I got an iced caramel cloud latte and the garlic bagel, and both disappointed. They gave me a regular iced caramel latte, I wish I had said something though because the cloud latte I ordered is more expensive too. The drink was good but a bit too sweet for my preference. The bagel was not good. It looked gorgeous but it was soaked in butter which made it soggy and overpowering, and the cream cheese was very sweet. I had a few sips and maybe three bites and I ended up getting so nauseous I had to leave because the whole place smelled heavily of butter, and I began throwing up after I left. After I got that out, I was fine. Not sure if it was the bagel or just bad luck, but I don't think I'll be back. Otherwise, the place seems really nice. Maybe try a matcha and a baked good if you go lol

I got the dalgona latte which was so beautifully decorated and tasted great. And I got the garlic cream cheese bagel. Oh my gosh. I can't express enough how YUMMY it was. It was super garlicky which I personally love, while having such a light sweetness. My friend got the scone and caramel cloud latte. Both amazing. The scone has the yummiest whipped cream cheese to put on it, and I can't rave enough about how everything tasted. Such an aesthetic cute place. Check it out!!!

It's truly one-of-a-kind in Charlotte.

What a cute little cafe/bakery! Stopped by here on a Saturday morning and picked up a few madeleines, a cookie, a mochi cake, a kiwi basque cheesecake slice and a strawberry latte. Loved the lemon madeleine, had great lemon flavor. Found the nutella one a little dry at first but then you hit the nutella center that brings some moistness. The almond flavored one was decent. The pumpkin mochi cake thing was a little disappointing. It felt a little dense for a mochi cake and I didn't really get pumpkin flavor. The pumpkin white chocolate chip cookie was my favorite thing of the bunch. Such good flavor, I gobbled that cookie up! The kiwi basque cheesecake was good but I think the kiwi was just the topping and not a flavor in the cheesecake. The strawberry latte was so so pretty! The staff here were super nice and even gifted an almond cookie that was very good, lotta crunch. The location feels a little hidden away. It's not too far from the new Ballantyne Bowl area but definitely without the same foot traffic. But customers were flowing in and out the whole time I was there.

I also tried the lavender latte and that was delicious, not as sweet, so I enjoyed that. My favorite was the Madeline's though. I got an assorted box just to try all the different flavors. Of course with it in the name, Madeline's have to be their specialty. My favorite ones were the chocolate, Nutella, and matcha. They're simply baked to perfection and I would love to come back!

I brought my daughter to Littl Madeleine's for breakfast, and we had a really nice experience. I had the most beautiful lavender blue matcha, and my daughter enjoyed the honey passion fruit ade. She got their garlic bagel--the only type of bagel they offer - and it was generously stuffed with delicious, aromatic garlic. She enjoyed it! The café is decorated charmingly, with little Madeleine cookie designs stamped throughout the space. They have a small section with some gift items for sale. They also sell Madeleine cookies, of course, though we didn't get any. The service was given with genuine smiles. The prices were normal - not a deal but not over-the-top. Really great, local café that I will absolutely be adding to my regular coffee shop + bakery rotation. Plentiful parking out front. Good amount of seating inside (mostly 2-seaters; one larger table reserved for bigger groups). Helpful and friendly staff who were amazing with my little one. You have to try a slice of the basque cheesecake. The plain slice (with no whipped cream or fruit topping) is not overly sweet and the perfect amount of "burnt" & creamy. We also tried the madeleines, which - as the café's name suggests - were on point. And the garlic bagel is a garlic + cream cheese lover's dream. The iced dalgona latte was such a treat. Sweet with a creamy foam and topped with crunchy cookies - very well balanced and delightful to drink. The prices reflect the care and high quality of the products. Come with your family, a couple of friends or solo. A nice environment to study, read a book or light conversation. The establishment was clean. The staff friendly. The Cloud Matcha (which I sub'd with almond milk) was not earthy tasting nor not too sweet. The cheesecake was fluffy. It melted in your mouth just as smooth as the whipped topping. The madeleines are absolutely delicious! (My current favorite is the Matcha). I was surprised by all of the different flavors they had and learned from their IG that they change them up frequently. The coffee is some of the best I've had. I ordered the dalgona latte and my significant other had the caramel cloud latte. I loved the blend of espresso, milk and coffee foam. Great combo! The dalgona pieces tasted like honeycomb and gave my drink a nice little crunch in some sips. The atmosphere was bright and open and it was very quiet during our visit. It's a good space to go and read a book or do some quiet work on your computer. And the service was excellent. We were greeted and taken care of in a friendly manner. It was an overall wonderful experience and though my wallet took a big hit, it was worth it. I'll definitely come back for coffee and to try more madeleine flavors. We took home a gift box "just cuz," but I would absolutely grab one of these as a hostess gift or an unexpected birthday treat for someone else. read more

I am glad that South Charlotte is getting another great cafe. There seems to be a lot cafe in the Ballantyne area, but none is as nice as Littl Madeleine. I been to this Lille strip mall area before, it is not really attractive on the outside, but when I walked into Littl Madeleine, it looks like I am transported to a different area. The environment is nice , calm, and welcoming. The owner is really nice and willing to talk to the customers. She showed that she has passion for what she does. I ended up getting a pack of 6 Madeleines, they are great. And my favorite is the chocolate scones, it is how I like it. The owner also gave me some extra Madeleines to try. I will come back to try their sandwiches. And I wish more people know about this place. Also hoping that they will have pastry items in the future. read more

I am excited to have this new cafe in town! I came around 1 pm and they already sold out the strawberry croissants. I bought the Vanilla, Lemon, Matcha and Chocolate Madeleines and ordered a matcha latte. I enjoyed each flavor of the madeleine. It's freshly made with organic flour. The Matcha latte is surely the best one in town. The cafe decor is minimalist and ambiance is zen and relaxing. I'm surely will visit again. read more

What a great find isn't Ballantyne area! Nice cafe with a good variety of pastries, sandwiches and drinks to choose from. The service was nice, quick and helpful. You get in line, make your selection, choose your seat and wait for your name to be called. I chose a nice hot lemon ginger tea, a vanilla and almond madeleines. They were so flavorful! It was hard to choose from the different options available. They also had madeleine variety boxes with different quantities that looked like a good present idea! It's a very chill and relaxing place when you can hangout with a friend, a place to get your reading updated or get some work done. So many options to explore and enjoy this cafe! Tiny chic Korean bakery. Their signature pastry are the Madeline's of course and they make seasonal and weekly specialty Madeleines. I went during my lunch break specifically to get a taste of their Korean egg sandwich and strawberry sandwich. Unfortunately, the strawberry sandwich is no longer part of their menu. Stopped by after eating lunch in the same strip mall. This must have a Korean influence because there were Korean food items for sale such as the "Korean breakfast sandwich." Most customers were Asian, as are the employees, so I was intrigued. Especially since I thought Madelines were a French item ? I had just eaten, so I got a chai tea for $4 and a 3 pack of Madeline's for $7.50. The tea is nothing like the chai tea you would get in India. It was a clear, light brown liquid with no cream or sugar. I asked for cream to put in myself when I realized it was not what I expected. The tea flavor was quite good and seemed high-quality. I had one chocolate, one vanilla, and one blueberry Madeleine. They reminded me of small cakes and the blueberry one reminded me of a cake donut. They were moist and tastey. The presentation of all items was beautiful and the place looks very clean. Employees were very pleasant. My main complaint is the seating. The chairs are those plastic chairs you haven't sat in since middle school. They even had a high chair version of it at a high table, ugh ! Thankfully there are just a couple bench seats and I was able to sit there. The benches were just hard plastic, but at least it wasn't a "scoop-shaped" chair. (See photos).
