If I could give negative stars, I would. My elderly mother was simply looking at an item when their so-called "security guard" decided it was appropriate to walk up to her with a bullhorn and start insulting her--yes, yelling insults through a bullhorn at an older woman in public! As if that humiliation wasn't enough, he then kicked her out of the store. This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright cruel treatment I've ever witnessed. No one--especially an older woman--should ever be subjected to this kind of abuse when they're just trying to shop. Shame on this store for hiring staff who think harassment and humiliation are acceptable forms of "security." To shop here you really need to have lots of patients . It's a scavenger hunt , looking for a needle in a hay stack type shopping here. Don't come here and expect to search for a specific item in mind , you probably won't find it . My parents introduced me to this place a few months ago. I went and stacked up on pillows and home decor. Being that these items normally cost $15-$30-$40 in store at target, ross, marshalls, tjmaxx. Don't waste your time or gas to come here for 25 cent Tuesdays, went in today and the entire cheap side that starts at $6 on Thursdays was completely roped off except for the backside of the last aisle, and all that had was 5 small cardboard boxes of absolute junk. Came in specifically for Cutter insect repellant that I know never sells as they always have a ton of it on $1 Monday, but was not allowed to buy it as that area was roped off. I thought it was an "everything must go" situation. Nope they know what things are worth and they progressively rope off more and more of the store as the days go by and things get cheaper. I've been here a few times on $4 Friday, $2 Sunday and $1 Monday. You can find some good deals on completely random items, it's not like you're going to go in here needing a size 12 pair or shoes or a 2xl polo shirt and find something you actually need. With the addition of an expensive side $10-$60 dollars and a cheap side where 25 cents is false advertising, so let's call it the $1-$6 side, you're not going to find many great deals here unless you're one of those friends of the management that gets first crack at everything no matter how early you get in line. I'm thinking anything with an MSRP over $30 goes on the expensive side now, and anything worth $20-$30 on the cheap side probably gets gobbled up very early on $6 Thursday by the early birds and the managers reseller pals. Same for anything of high value on the expensive side, probably gets grabbed very early on $60 Wednesday by the connected people. My highlights of shopping here are - two Igloo cooler bags worth about $20 for $4 each, a pair of Target brand pillowcases worth $20 for $4, a bag or Miracle Grow potting soil worth $18 for $4, four Magnavox headphones worth $8-$10 each for $2, 6 cans of 6oz Banana Boat 50 spf sun screen worth about $6-$8 for $1 each, GOJO Luxury Foaming Handwash Soap 1250ml worth about $15-$20 for $2, a Burt's Bees hand cream 3 pack that sells for about $15 for $2. So yeah you can show up here on the cheap side and find some deals, but if you want to buy stuff to resell on eBay and don't have any insider connections and don't want to camp out for hours before the most expensive days and know exactly what to target and what it's worth then I wouldn't go out of your way to come here. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....a lot of the shoppers who go to this establishment are Hispanic and unfortunately our community don't always know the law....today the so called manager Francisco asked my mom to leave her bag with her personal belongings at the entrance on the floor, my mom tried to explain it was her personal bag and her money was in there as well as all of her cards he said everyone had to do it and that it was the law!! My answere was No its not the law otherwise Walmart or Target or any other retailer would do it...I told him he was taking advantage of this other customers , he said he was just following the law...some one should talk to the owners and explain to them that there is no such law..if your going to run a business make sure you inform your self and your employees about LAWS!! What I love- the prices and the Target brand items, if you can get your hands on them. What I don't love- everything else. People come to the store and load up their carts with no regard. If you don't get there early it will not be worth it. There are only a few shopping carts which are generally taken by the super early shoppers. People are buying from here to resell the items elsewhere or to return to the original store, like Target for store credit. That's cool for them but, sucks for me. It just chaps my hide when I see people with overflowing carts of various things. Like., as if!?! Save something for your neighbor. I've come several times (on Thursday's, 2 hours after the store opened) and left frustrated because everything was either taken or broken. read more

This store has a very unfair system that they keep a secret. The early shoppers are favorited by the store and they have a guaranteed spot in the front of the line EVERY Thursday. This store DOES NOT advertise that if you come Tuesday and Wednesday at a certain time there is a List where you can sign up at a certain time and get first serves in line for Thursday . THAT IS VERY UNFAIR. THE STORE DOES NOT PROMOTE THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA . Only the "super shoppers" also known as the "resellers" now this. Another thing is that once the store runs out of shopping carts they do not let anyone in unless that person does not want a shopping cart. This is an unfair method because the "super shoppers" also known as the resellers take up to 3 shopping carts. It should be one per family. Why should a 6 year old be able to have a shopping cart. Another thing is that some of these super shoppers come in and they take advantage. Last time I went I saw a lady take up a whole storage cart that belongs to the store. She did not look at what was inside the storage cart. Yet she automatically claimed it was hers. This store should promote that list that they keep a secret. First time going here and you do find items that are worth more than $25 for a cheap price. I do gotta say if you want to be the first one to look in the store then I recommend going early because people do line up before the store opens. So you are allow to take your purse inside. It's best to bring more people to look for stuff as everything is everywhere. You literally have to look inside every box there is to know what's good in them. I do gotta say I do not like how when I went there was a section close because it was new inventory that was available for Thursday only. Why not just leave everything inside the store open why wait for Thursday for the items to be $6 each. Man I gotta say they charge tax here for me it was $30 worth of tax alone. Huge building. Doesnt look like they have much. But They have more than enough stuff; It would take hours to go through everything. it takes some time to sort through the bins. They have shelfs and a wall with clothing hanging on it. I found some really good deals. Staff was friendly and busy trying to keep things organized. Every day is a different price per item. One of my favorite finds in a while, awesome merchandise and nice employees. They have a variety of Target, Amazon and Walmart items. My fav day is Tuesday where everything is a .25 it's a hit or miss depending what they have leftover from the week that they restock on Thursdays at $6. But, I find a lot of amazing things here, never disappoints me. Seasonal items are the best, I tend to collect stuff or wanna redo my home! Trust me seasonal home decor is pricey. I blame Pinterest for that part of my life. Lol It can get hectic and overwhelming carts everywhere we all digging and digging but, overall there are happy people that shops here so, it makes it a welcoming retail therapy environment. This store is great! No matter what day you go, if you have the patience to look, you will always find something worth what you are paying. The people that work there are always courteous and helpful. Honestly I would disregard the bad reviews because they have come up with a good way to let people sign up to be first ones on thurdays. Obviously there are still Covid restrictions and they can't allow everyone to just stampede in there. It's just a matter of following their guidelines and having patience. It's cool that we finally have a store like this in the area. Not sure it's really worth the time you need to wait or the hype though. I arrived at 8:15 this morning and by the time I got in at 10:30 there wasn't much anything left of value to me. If you're truly wanting to get decent things get here at like 6-7. Even the things that were good weren't all that amazing. Like I don't think it's worth waiting 4-5 hours in line for. Things they post on their Instagram you can't even find in the store even with copious amounts of digging. I went looking for something they posted on Instagram and it was nowhere in the store and in no one else's cart. Overall it's a cool concept and some things are nice. But a good chunk of the items aren't even worth $6 and are in such bad condition there's not much you can do with them. A lot of it is just garbage and not useable. On top of that, they have a ton of Dollar General items that are (like I said) not even worth $6. It's worth coming a few times every now and then to check out. If I could I'd give this store a zero I if possible. I've gone to this store approximately 4 times and I've noticed and have seen that the manager, who's name is Sarah really favorites this group of 5-6 people who are always first in line. Yesterday for example, she only let her "list" of people enter the store and she let them in 20 minutes before opening, she gave them 20 minutes to do their shopping while everyone else was outside waiting. What's the point of waiting since 3 am if she's going to let these people get everything. I understand that the people on her list apparently stay their on Tuesday's till they leave the store, they probably don't have a life outside of that but most people do not have the time to be able to sit outside the store for days just to get on her dumb store list. If they really wanted to make the store fair they'd implement rules of just having everyone show up on Thursday morning, no need for "lists" & chairs! Not giving favoritism to her friends that shop there. The way this store is set up is truly unfair to everyone except that first group of people. I believe that the manager has some type of relationship with the lady that's always first in line. Her name is Cynthia, from the 4 times I've been at this store I've always noticed that Cynthia & her friend go tell the manager things and somehow the rules change depending on their own benefit! The manager must get paid on the side to benefit this Cynthia lady & her "gang". I ordered a speaker online from price daily. It seemed like a good product at a fair price. Never got to find out. When I ordered it they showed it in stock and I'd have it in my a few days. Never came. Tried to call them. Got a message that said email only. That was my first clue. I'd made a mistake. Emailed them. Got a response that they were going to b available in 2to3weeks. They even offered a discount if I could wait. Emailed them back 3 time without a response. Then I told them If I didn't hear back I would challenge the charge in my credit card. They didn't respond just credited it. I would really have like to have purchased this but I think they just do my t know how to run a business. Don't return emails. And can't tell u when the product will come. Terrible experience. On top of that it was a birthday gift for my wife.
