    Shashu & Udon Ramens

Un menú de comida principal y postres asiáticos que yo nunca veo en otros restaurantes asiáticos que he ido anteriormente.

A cozy, warm and little japanese gem with a superb service by its owners. Definitely a "must" to real Sushi Lovers in Puerto Rico, let yourself go by the suggestions of the Itamae (Chef) just saying omakase... Remarkable freshness, very well done dishes. Try the okonomiyaki, was great as the tuna tataki and the homemade marinated mackerel nigiri. I really enjoyed! Domo arigato gozaimasu ^O^

Burnt gyoza. Unevenly cut sushi pieces with overly sticky rice. Started to wonder about the place when I had to be buzzed in to enter the establishment. First impression was right. It's a shame because as an x New Yorker I am desperate to find adequate sushi place and this promised to be the one. Nyet. Overly priced for subpar cuisine. Won't return. Extra star given for the waitress who was very sweet.

This was a most pleasant experience! The ambiance is very warm and welcoming. The service provided was superb, very attentive without being too intrusive. In terms of taste and presentation, the sushi did not disappoint it was rather exceptional. Prices were fair, and the chef and owner even came by our table to chat. Without a doubt this place won me over, you will not regret giving this place a chance!

Went yesterday and was immediately greeted by the hostess and felt positive vibes from the moment we walked in. Everyone was very kind. Service was excellent. Had dumplings, udon noodle soup, and mochi ice cream. Everything was spot on. They even offered spicy sauce for the noodles. Most authentic Japanese restaurant I've been to in Puerto Rico. Will be coming back.

Delicious Pork Tonkatsu with fried rice.

Simply one of the best sushi restaurants in Puerto Rico. Excellent sushi and okonomiyaki a Japanese omelet. A bit pricey, but worth it.

It's a great option if you want good, last minute sushi. We never have long wait times, and the menu is pretty creative with some touches of Puerto Rican food while still staying true to traditional Japanese restaurant. I highly recommend the Dennis Roll for a good, sweet, savory and spicy flavor. My father recommends the Pacific. Definitely worth going if you're looking for good food, for a reasonable price, and good service. Pretty high quality, fresh, and tasty!

It's bigger but the way it's separated it makes it look small. Was too hungry so I ordered the pumpkin cream soup and while it was good, it was lacking a bit of flavor. It felt thinned out or maybe slightly watered down. Our rolls took a while to come out (easily half an hour), but when they did they were brought to an area by a robot(!) which the server then picked up and brought to us. It was neat. I had my three staples (Leila, Mexican, Caribbean) and we got the Spicy Lola to try something new. The Mexican roll was nice (it's wrapped in tortilla instead of seaweed), and the Spicy Lola was very filling. The Caribbean was superb, but the Leila roll is still the all-star from this place. Possibly my favorite roll of all time. Service time wasn't great but Rolando was extremely hands on and always paying attention to refilling water, and he was extremely courteous. 4/5 due to the service time and the pumpkin cream soup missing the mark. Amazing sushi and well worth the trip!
