The Medela breast pump was returned to Lullaby Baby in the original packaging within the return window. The breast pump was $1,849.99 and Lullaby Baby has refused to send any refund to me. Amazon customer service stated Lullaby Baby marked the entire refund as "restocking fees". Multiple emails and phone calls have been made. No response has been given to me or Amazon customer support. The store employees have taken my information multiple times and have yet to give me any response. This has gone on multiple months now. Avoid this business at all costs!

What I love most is that not only they've got some top-brand baby formulas, but also offer lots of natural/organic bathing/supplement etc products for babies and moms, such as California Baby products.
