I still have not received a refund or the other item I purchased. Instead, I received an email from the business owner indicating his displeasure with my review. I strongly advise against ordering from them online. I ordered two items and, aside from an automated confirmation email, heard nothing for over a week. After several attempts, I finally reached someone who informed me that one item had shipped (which it hadn't, as I discovered later) and the other was listed online by mistake. Despite the rough start, I tried to be understanding, knowing they are a small business. Unfortunately, I regret sticking with it. When I received one of the items, I needed to return it. I followed the website's return instructions but didn't hear back. After a week of calls and emails that were left unanswered, I got a response after filing a dispute with my credit card company. They asked me to cancel the dispute, return the item, and promised a refund. Trusting their word, and still wanting to support a small business, I canceled the dispute. It's been 49 days since my purchase, 17 days since the item was returned with over $100 in shipping fees, and numerous follow-ups later, I still haven't heard from them.

Senior customer service reps (aka store managers) would try to smooth over, but used the "it will arrive next week" line for three weeks! I took matters into my own hands and called the actual company of stroller I was ordering. Mystrollers.com had not placed an order with them for over a month so my order was never going to be filled. Such liars. Thankfully because I got the BBB involved I did receive a prompt refund. Prompt, as in when I was sick of dealing with their lies for 4 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save your self some time and buy elsewhere. Their discount is what led me to purchase from them, but unfortunately its a deal that is too good to be true.

What I love most is that not only they've got some top-brand baby formulas, but also offer lots of natural/organic bathing/supplement etc products for babies and moms, such as California Baby products. And what impressed me the most was that they even have one of my favorite baby lotion brand "Minois" from France, which is even hard to find in big-name department stores. They do delivery.They don't just have baby or bedroom furniture but they have all kinds of furniture in their catalogs that they can order for you and have delivered it to their warehouse to bring to you. The selection is nice and I was comparing them to Bob's Discount Furniture and the prices seemed within the same range if not cheaper. The only reason I didn't get the furniture was I found out I didn't have a need for it. But I would definitely use their store in the future if the need arises.
