I emailed them the next day to inquire on how long it will take to receive my package since I did not see a Tracking number posted on my order. Instead it showed "Processing." I received a reply from Isaac with: "You need to relax." I couldn't believe it! I was so upset and insulted! So I called them asking for a Manager. I spoke to George (who I really think was Isaac) asks me what this is regarding so I gave him my order number. Without even asking me, he goes off telling me that my order is being shipped out today, etc. Then he asks, what is your question. I said, I do not have a question, I have a complaint. So as I'm telling him that I was insulted by the email, he tells me that I am being impatient and I do need to relax. Ummm...excuse me? All I asked was when I should expect my order. Hello! I am entitled to know! I asked George (again, who I really think was Isaac) to cancel my order and his sarcastic reply was, "My pleasure!" I received an email that said, CANCELED. I received another email, "Wow so sensitive. Asking for a tracking # less than 24 hours from when you ordered is impatient. We have no problem cancelling this especially since we have limited quantity left at this price. We would rather ship it someone more grateful." At that point I was so heated so I reported them to BBB. I hope they go out of business! They are RUDE and have no respect for their customers! They don't deserve your business!

I haven't physically been to their store but I have ordered from them through Amazon more than once…read more(by mistake the second time) and I can only say DO NOT purchase from them. I had two very bad experiences. First I returned a defective stroller but they refused to refund me and kept the stroller. After about 5 phone calls Amazon eventually refunded me. Second time, the stroller I ordered as a replacement (by mistake from same seller) was again defective, they kept a 50% ($270) restocking fee because box was opened. They are awful.

I was looking for an extremely specific car seat (they're recently discontinued)- literally looking all over the country for the past week. I originally placed an order out of Texas (I'm in Pennsylvania) for the seat I was looking for. They cancelled my order & didn't even email me to let me know... which made me start looking again for these seats. I found Dimples Baby online & gave them a call to ensure they had the seat in stock before I ordered online... they said they'd check to make sure they physically had it on hand & would give me a call right back. Before we hung up I was like "but can you check for two??" As I failed to mention I have twins (whoops). Sharon called me back within just a couple of mins to let me know they did indeed have two I went to check out and it was only allowing me to check out for one seat, not two. Sure enough, I called Sharon again & she said she would fix the issue. She texted me within just a couple of minutes, to let me know the issue was resolved & to try checking out again & she'd have them off to the side for me ready to be shipped out the following morning. Order was placed & absolutely 0 issues. I'm very happy to be ordering with them. Customer service was 10/10.
