We walked in to check this place out, across the street from our condo (Ocean Ritz) in Panama City Beach, FL. Fun outside & the thought of a refreshing beverage after dinner was on our minds. It was only 10:30 am when we walk in. Man sweeping noticed us & didn't say, "hi". Woman behind the counter didn't seem happy to be there. We were asking about hours b/c they always seem closed- the man turned around & said, we close at 5:00 pm with a TONE... yikes. Like he gets that question a million times a day... Anyway, they sell beer, wine, waters, some merch & jello shots too. It is what it is & not always about customer service when on vacation, I guess. Oh, and they sell ice too- good to have extra for your coolers & drinks!! DAYS 2... up from 3 stars to 4! 2nd day was a little better. Went to actually try a beverage & I got the Lime Colada Daiquiri, 20 oz. It was fantastic!! Sale guy there as was the same lady. Made ours fresh to order. They explained there is 1 full time employee & this is why they close early. Understood!!! read more

I'm a little late but, some friends of mine and I stayed across from the Daiq Shack during the PCB Jazz Festival, one of the best in the country. Let me tell you, the gentleman that was there hooked us UUUPP!! OMG, wish there was one in my city. It was delicious! So good, we went back the next day for a daiq on the beach! Daiq Shack beats the restaurants daiquiri's. I had the Strawberry Banana and The Hurricane, others had the White Russian, Peach Banana, Lime Colada just to name a few. THIS PLACE IS A MUST! It matches the beautiful beach. I will definitely return. read more

Always love stopping here sever times during the week of my vacation. Drinks are sooo delicious, and the owners are always so nice and friendly and love to talk to their customers. I couldn't help but buy a blue Daiquiri Shack shirt this year!!! This is a must stop when you're in PCB!! The peach mango and raspberry daiquiris are my favorites!! The only downfall is the hours, they close early but I get it as they like to enjoy life to so I'm ok with getting my drinks before 5. read more

Do not waste your time! Terrible employees and disgusting daiquiri. Customers standing in line to order different flavors after paying for over priced drinks. Employees attacking customers and yelling at patrons. Debit card double charged. Owner or manager should fire cashier for theft of customers! read more

Just went here and spent $140 - the mudslide tasted awful. 2 other people returned theirs also. Told the woman at the register they may want to check the stuff they make it with and she was very rude - started cussing and acting completely unprofessional- I've gone there several years .... I like the concept of this place, being able to grab a huge daiquiri for a walk along the beach is awesome, however, the 3 double shots they claim to put in the drink seemed very weak. The drinks themselves were quite tasty and the price was decent, especially since they can be refilled at a cheaper cost and you'll have a souvenir to take home. I agree with another reviewer, next time, I'll add my own liquor. read more

Pretty awesome place to run in and get a frozen colada. Their menu has definitely gotten smaller over the past couple of years, but they offer coladas of all kinds, both virgin and not, and also offer double shots (which I'd recommend) for a price increase. Don't forget to save your cup to show them for a cheaper refill! Walkable from many condos, we stayed at Majestic and less than a 5 minute stroll. read more

Visited here on 8/19/16. From reading the two previous reviews, I did not go in with high expectations. And it was a good thing I did not. I ordered a 20 ounce strawberry daiquiri with a double shot. I agree with a previous reviewer when they stated that the flavor was good. I agree. The flavor of the base mix was really good tasting. I also agree with a previous reviewer about the liquor. I believe it is watered down and very very cheap liquor. I had a "double" shot and my drink was pretty much like sweetened water with a fruit punch taste. I took several alcohol classes in the past. A daiquiri is made with rum. This drink tasted like it was made with cheap sweetened triple sec. I did not taste a single drop of rum. I would go back and get a virgin drink and add my on liquor. Went here the other day to grab a daiquiri and I got the 32 ounce cup that is supposed is to have six shots of liquor in it. I know from experience that, that was not 6 shots and I am very convinced that their liquor is watered down. The reason I'm not giving it one star is because the flavoring of it is actually really good and they do a great job with their flavors of different mixed drinks. But I would recommend buying a virgin drink and adding your own liquor to it so you do not get robbed. They have other things as well you can buy beer and different Beach supplies and some grocery supplies that you may need in a pinch so that could be helpful for some but just stay clear of their mixed drinks because of the water down liquor read more

I think these reviews a bit harsh. We paid $12 at Runaway Beach for 24oz drinks and while the 1st Felicia was amazing, the 2nd round was fruit punch n ice. These 32oz coozy cups are awesome as a reusable drink cup for the beach and refills anytime for $9? Right on. Get the hurricane /colada. Tangy/creamy n not too sweet, and we thought "adequate" alcohol without tasting bad. Liquor store is right next door should you need a kick in the pants. read more

I got a strawberry Daiquiri yesterday from this establishment and I honestly don't know if there was any rum put in it. I know you can't load down a drink with alcohol but being in the strip in a very touristic city you would think it would at least taste as though it had some in it. Not impressed with that place and probably won't visit again for the rest of my trip. read more
