Best Daiquiris I have had in the New Orleans area. Very small drive through window but if you are looking for delightful treat to take on a walk on Lake Pontachrain then search no farther than Daiquiris and Creams. We purchased a Strawberry Pina Colada and a Fantasy both in size small. I would have totally gotten a larger one after we tried the strawberry pina colada, there are actual strawberry blended in. I had a great experience at this place. I pulled up to the drive thru and talked to the lady serving me to get some ideas because it was my first time here and I just want to say she was great. It was a Wednesday so the had a special were you get a large for $6. She gave me and my girlfriend suggestions and we went with it. For me she recommended a mixture of their 3 strongest drinks but for some reason it didn't have the effect I was looking for but the drink was good and I would go back. read more

Love that they have a drive thru available . I also enjoyed the quick friendly service from the server . I was on the fence about getting the pineapple amaretto or jungle juice so I was able to get both layered without extra charges . Both flavors did not disappoint!! We went trough the drive thru a couple times and could smell the smoke through the window, so I'd definitely recommend the drive thru option if you aren't a smoker. Four stars for the drive thru to get your alcoholic beverages for all of your passengers. -15 stars for the one time I decided to go in and get belittled by a drunk lady and called some pretty harsh names. She was a white lady who also asked a black guy about the size of his....appendages...so, it wasn't just me that she was rude to. She was just a drunk patron. I realize it is not a representation of management what the customers say or do, especially while drunk, but it is a statement that they allow her to remain. Inside, smoking is allowed, it has a low ceiling, which is bad. The interior is dimly lit, has pool tables, dart boards, poker machines. Anywho, they have specials on gallons on Sundays and special occasions. They have seasonal flavors of daiquiris as well. Daily specials on different sizes. There is limited parking in front, but plenty of parking in back if you choose to go in. My recommendation is to do the drive thru. read more

The rudest service and so uncalled for. The woman serving the window drive thru tried to take my sister's ID .. claiming it was a fake ID because we were from out of town. Didn't believe it was real and told us to call the cops. When we tried to call the cops, she then threw the ID at my sister and told us to leave. We have always came here and to be treated like this was absurd. We never were aloud to order a daiquiri and had to go somewhere else for a daiquiri which is fine, because we will no longer support this business. read more

I Love this daiquiri shop!!! It's on my way home from work so sometimes I splurge and go in the drive thru to get my chocolate fudgecicle! Not many places carry this flavor anymore so I was excited to see they do. They even hand out dog treats when you have your furry friend riding shotgun with you!! Too cute! This is a nice chill spot with a nice outside section. You are able to smoke on the inside and is a nice place to go hang out. The daiquiris are very good but service can be slow at times. They also have pool tables and games and tvs to watch sports and chill. read more

It is what is. I thought it was a bit sketchy. And my drive through Tropical Storm cocktail, while a great value, tasted like a 7-11 slurpee with rum. Then again that's what it is supposed to be I guess. The girl at the window was not especially friendly or helpful. I will try a different drive thru next time. read more

Drinks are great but the bartender has terrible customer service. Doesn't greet you and then wants to argue with you when she screws up your order, not once bit twice! Money or respect has no race but each time I visit she makes it out as if it does! Only between 3 and 7pm the chic that serves customer service SUX!!!!! read more

(This is for the Slidell location, couldn't find there yelp) So on the Fourth of July (yesterday) my friends and I went to your Slidell , la location and went to the drive through. It was the first time 2 of us had been there so and we're girls so it took us a while to decide from the large list. As we were trying to read the menu one of the employees waved us down in the rudest manner possible to say "there's a car behind you go around" so we we're all smiles trying not to piss her off more apologized saying we didn't notice and continued to pull around... Already setting the we don't want your business tone we tried to be as nice as possible to avoid conflict because it was a holiday it was a good day. So we politely decided from far away so not to hold up anyone . When we pull up a new employee says "what you want" so we order , 1 shocker and TWO red bull daiquiris . And clearly stated 2 red bull DAQUIRIS. The girl says 2 red bull ones and we say yes please. After charging my card she hands us the order with 2 cans of actual red bull 1 red bull daquiri and 1 shocker daquiri. After she handed it to us we explained how we said 2 red bull daiquiris ... She as rudely as possible says " we don't do refunds " so trying to avoid conflict even though I was charged $6 extra for something I never wanted or drank I said well don't worry about it can you just please recharge for that 3rd daquiri. She said "no we can't for second orders"....... At this point I'm extremely irritated because for 1 SHE was confused and now I have to wait in line for someone else's mistake! So I said no mam we are your customers now please just give us the second drink. Then that is when the blonde lady comes ranting screaming at us saying to "get the fuck out of HER line and get the fuck off this private property!" She's raving and we were like mam we just want what owed to us because of halls mistake. She continued to yell at us and say it was OUR fault and to leave or she's calling the cops ... So we said that's fine. Then she comes screaming on the phone outside and makes everyone in the line that SHE has held up go inside . The entire staff in the Slidell location was clearly on a variety of different drugs so we were not shocked by there actions but extremely angry that they treated us in this way. It is unexceptable and I just felt as though I need to report this location because honestly this is putting a terrible name on your entire franchise . If this was my business I'd want to know just how badly my customers were being treated before it's too late. For that locations sake of that buisness I hope actions are taken because I am very upset about this event . It's unexceptable and downgrading.
