The chicken piece inside the burger was over cooked, fries in the burger, pale and no flavor, bacon, smaller then a french fry, store bought cheese like it was slapped on top with zero love. I asked for mayo and it felt like they ran out of mayo and just took the last scoop and smacked it on my burger, kept looking for mayo, couldn't find it. The side of french fries was good. No sauces on the burger either. I am highly disappointed and I hope the management reads this and fixes these issues, as I would love to stay a regular customer and change my review back to 5 star. I could not order a single online and they cashier was also not able to do so. It looks like they wanted to take on Cane's but are failing.
