I ask to speak with the manager and after some discussion I'm told by the manager of Baskin Robins will be able to fulfill the order by using quart containers of the strawberry cheesecake ice cream. I show up pickup the cake on time I am even caught by the cake decorator giving me tips on how to store the cake. When I get home the cake ice cream is extremely melted (something I've never experienced with the prior 5 years worth of cakes approximately 5 cakes) not only is it melted but the ice cream is very strawberry not strawberry cheesecake. This particular store has really gone down the tubes and I won't ever be purchasing from them again. I'd avoid going to this particular store for your child's cake unless you want some very disappointed children.
