I was skeptical how this would be possible with a sub-4 rating, but I was also too intrigued to not eventually try it for myself. Trying it finally happened, and yeah, it really was what I thought. The Bill's Burger (noted as the most popular) was perfectly fine. Nothing really stood out about it. I didn't love it or hate it, it was just kind of there. I would compare it to like an In-N-Out burger, and definitely below the tier of Five Guys. But I also almost never eat fast food, so I don't really consider that company to be very complimentary. I also heard that the steak sandwich was amazing, and I did enjoy it more, but it's not something I'd be rushing back to try again. It was perfectly fine too. I did enjoy the parmesan fries, especially with the side of BBQ sauce for dipping. And the people working here were very friendly. But would this even crack a Top 50 burger list for me? The chicken tenders were nice and crunchy, with a lot of flavor, the biscuits were soft and flaky, our two fixings were dirty rice and fries.
