With warmer weather drawing near, I find myself craving ice cream. Since I was a little girl, I have always loved Baskin-Robbins. No matter the day, a chocolate chip milkshake from here puts a smile on my face. Staff are a little young and not always fast, but are polite and get the job done. Ice cream in lobby freezers is so soft it won't even stay firm in the CUPS. Most ice creams are unavailable most of the time. Staff are very unhelpful. This is so sad because I LOVE the ice cream but this location is HORRIBLE!! read more

I've complained about this Baskin Robbins location before. Brace yourself because I'm going to complain about them again. Upon my arrival I went to the men's room to relieve myself and wash my hands. The condition of the men's room was disgraceful! I've seen cleaner public restrooms in Karachi, Pakistan (and if you've ever been to a public restroom in Karachi, Pakistan, you will understand how dreadful they can be). As I washed my hands I immediately noticed that there was no soap whatsoever in the dispenser! So much for the mandate that "employees must wash their hands before returning to work." Now for the ice cream. Only 50% of the ice cream refrigerators were operational so only half of the flavors normally sold were available. To be fair, I've been to this Baskin Robbins location when there was no ice cream available whatsoever! So 50% availability was actually a considerable improvement. You may well ask. "Why do you continue returning to such a lousy Baskin Robbins location?" The only excuse I have is that it is the location closest to my home. read more

Horrible service!! Made us wait for wait for them to be done counting how much they made, not very good costumer service... I got a cake for my son turning 14, ordered a bubblegum ice cream in the cake. They wrote his name like a 2 year old scribbled on it, and when we cut open the cake what was in it? Vanila ice cream. We ordered BUBBLEGUM!! We will be requesting a refund or his cake being made again, and I WONT be going back to this location, get some better employees. These guys don't answer their phone, At all lol but I will say clearly they are busy!! I had to get an ice cream cake for my granddaughter & wanted to make sure they had the flavor she wanted so I decided to call of which no one would answer the phone so I had to drive over there which is fine it's not too far and in fact they were out of the cake that I wanted. I did have to wait quite a few minutes because they were extremely busy that drive-through is round the clock you have 3 to 4 people walking around filling orders with their headsets on and I can't fault him for that. finally when somebody came around the gentleman offered up another cake that did have the ice cream flavor on the inside and it was perfect! I ordered my son's cake & paid online for pick up, I ordered on 8/9/2023 his birthday was on the 13th that following Sunday, ordered with time but on the 13th I went to pick it up & the guy working there told me they wouldn't be able to give me the cake that I ordered because something was wrong with their fridge, idk why they didn't call me to let me know that had happened, I had my phone number & email there that doesn't make any sense. He also said not to worry that I could choose a "free" cake from a fridge that they had in the lobby & that I would get my money back because of the inconvenience but till this date I still haven't received my money back. We went in to get some ice cream to go. The ice cream was fine the issue I have is the extra charge for cups $0.20 per cup so you get charged 0.20 for just getting your ice cream in a cup. This charge isn't listed any where on the menu. They just add it on. read more

Showed up tonight (SATURDAY) at 8:38 pm and was unable to sit in the lobby to eat ice cream with my kids. The staff working inside said we had to go through the drive thru because they just mopped inside and it's a safety hazard to allow guests in. Probably a good idea to mop after you close up shop. We visited this location 8/13. The ice cream was terrible. Both flavors I tried had ice in them and tasted old. The flavor I wanted had ice all over it.
