They're consistently rude to me. Sometimes they won't even speak to me at all (other than taking my order), they'll hand me my food without a word. The other night they had forgotten my sauce, I wasnt mad at first because i can understand leaving out something as small as sauces but i went threw the drive thru again which took 30 minutes and when i got to the pay window they refused to get my sauce and told me i had to wait until i got to the second window, then when i got to the second window they had an attitude with me when i asked for my sauce. They seem to follow the McDonald method of "I don't want to make a milkshake for you," so there's always an "issue" with the machine. If the machine does work, they'll give you the milkshake but make you wait so you can deliver it home by the time you can bring it back. And when you're waiting in line and forget you moved forward, they'll use the excuse "it's being made" without checking after multiple cars behind you got their food. You ordered 20 minutes before them! I'll definitely be going to another location in the opposite direction. At least there, they'll be polite and make sure I get what I ordered.
