I was told it would take 30 minutes for my order. Then I go pick it up and I was told that someone threw my sandwich away. Food is great! If you order on DoorDash though, don't order the medium fountain drink for $3.15, you'll get a canned drink instead, which they charge $2.60 for. Thought the first time was a fluke, but they did it again. They acknowledge that this is what they do, per manager instruction. They knowingly do this, and need to update DoorDash menu if they aren't going to provide the drink you order. read more

I had the worst experience for the first time today and I will not be coming back to this location, took over 20 Minutes to make two sandwiches! They still made the sandwich wrong! They don't t have a manager on duty at night, so guess the kids do whatever they want! This was my first time ever trying FireHouse. I must say that I was impressed for a few reasons. One, the staff seemed to have many regulars that they addressed by name. Two, everyone was greeted at the door by more than one member of the staff. Three, my order was ready in NO time! Four........I ordered the King's Hawaiian Pork & Slaw sandwich. Tonight we purchased two sandwiches. The past two times we have gotten sandwiches from FIREHOUSE SUBS located in Griffin Georgia we have been very unhappy with the food. Both times the bread was very dry with a thick two inch top and a thin bottom. Both times the requested Oil and vinegar were left off sandwich. Tonight's sandwiches in addition to the bread being dry , sliced improperly, both HOOK AND LADDER and TURKEY BACON RANCH WERE MISSING THE CHEESE. Had requested black olives and vinegar and oil on HOOK AND LADDER and NO ONIONS. The sandwich had ONIONS ON IT BUT NO OLIVES OR OIL AND VINEGAR. Both TIMES were take out orders. UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!! Usually love this place. Food was good as always but Marsha, who took my order, was so rude! When I walked up to order I said "hi!", To which she just stared at me blindly until I ordered. Literally said nothing. Who does that? She seemed very annoyed that we were there, and they weren't even that busy. Richard, however, was very sweet.
