Never order a custom cake from this place. I ordered it and went to pick it up and they had smooshed the lid down on top and all the icing on the side. The writing I requested on it was horrible like a two year-old did it and all they would offer me For them messing it up was I'm sorry. Never use them! read more

Stopped for Blizzard. Ordered a medium Strawberry Chocolate. Their price was $7.50. At El Dorado DQ, the same thing cost me $4.93. That is a big difference!!! I will wait till I get in lower Arkansas before I buy again! We went through drive. Order was taken quickly and employee was friendly. Had Blizzard quickly - turned upside down - not a drop fell! Even got extra napkins! Point is the further north u go in Arkansas evidently the prices go up!!$$$$ read more

This restaurant is great. They always get my order correct and have something encouraging playing over the speakers in the dining room. Staff here is very friendly and delivers your food quickly. You actually get to speak to a person when you order instead of a kiosk do it yourself and then feel bad because you didn't tip the workers who didn't help you. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. read more

I went to DQ one time, and left after seeing the prices. I mean there was a time when you could buy a burger and fries when you was short on money! It's the same for BK and Wendys. You can get a good meal for what you pay there! read more

Visited this restaurant on 7/15/2023, around 1230-100 pm. The shift manager was very rude to her employees while customers were waiting to order and also while customers were dining. The soda machine was out ice. My main issue was how the manager was treating the employees, I was embarrassed for them. While she sat at a table eating her lunch she called individual employees over to speak to them about denying leave, I understand this to a point but you were rude and the whole restaurant didn't need to hear that conversation you had with the young lady, she was upset about not getting the day off. The next individual you called over was a young man, you spoke to him about how his standards didn't meet yours and you expected more, you tone was loud as I could this conversation when as I got up to use the restroom and could hear the whole conversation in the restroom. Your tone and the language did it for me when speaking to your staff, we won't be returning to this location. read more

Definitely gone downhill. The last few times our blizzards have had very minimal toppings mixed in, and after the top third of the cup: it's been plain vanilla ice cream. Would love to come back, but we quit going after the 4th or 5th trip that we had this same issue. read more

I hate to give this place only two stars because we love the food and the service. My problem, and the reason we won't be back, is because we can never find a seat. We've been there twice now. The last time, our food was brought to us and we still hadn't been able to sit down. They put the food into to-go containers, which made the whole dining experience much less enjoyable. They do have outdoor seating but it was cold and rainy when we came in. I am not at all down on DQ, just wish this store's designers weren't so short-sighted on seating. read more

This new location has been on point since they opened. I am sure they had a lot of 'hyper care' with them the first couple of weeks but they are still excellent, almost 2 months after opening. My only complaints is that the drive thru line can be very long and frustrating. Getting into the location is not overly convenient and the entrance gets bottle necked when the drive thru line is too long. Honestly, the whole parking lot set up is a bit funky but the food and desserts are worth it. This is the only DQ I have ever ordered Blizzards in the drive thru line and had them served to me with a lid on them- I think it was probably a training mistake being new, but the blizzard was really good and hits the spot. The burgers are better quality than most fast food restaurants but if you order a double cheeseburger, get ready for an interesting experience as they use 2 different kinds of cheese and the one that is not American cheese is an odd, almost smoky, taste. Friendly staff and management are always visible and work hard to make your experience a great one. read more

Their breakfast is amazing! We have had a great experience each time we have gone. Line is fast, food is warm and delicious.
