I've been going back and forth for a WEEK with this location and CFA Cares. As someone who OVERLY patronizes this franchise, to have been treated so poorly by this company AND its employees is very distasteful and disheartening. I am literally 1.7 miles away from this location!! I noticed a few weeks back that when I try to place an order for delivery to my address it says CFA can no longer deliver to this address. I initially thought this was strange as I have had CFA delivered to my house PLENTY of times in the past but didn't think anything of it. I was still able to get it delivered at work (which is literally like a mile away from the location as well). Well last week as my husband and I were sitting on our patio, a CFA car drives by and delivers to some neighbors nearby. I called the store IMMEDIATELY. While waiting to speak with someone my husband puts my next door neighbors address in and guess what!? They CAN have CFA delivered!! Strange right!? I inform the store of this and they said I would need to speak with CFA Cares about this matter. I did. CFA Cares has been the most helpful, they informed me that since the locations are normally privately owned that the Reynolds location would have to resolve this. The rep at CFA Cares also informed me that this had to be done by the store because they can choose who to deliver to!!! Fast forward to a week later (today), I called the Reynolds store again and now all of a sudden I have to wait until the end of the month for a resolution because the General Manager has been on vacation since May 29th. I literally called in with this issue initially on June 5th! Sooooo no one knew he was on vacation then!? I will keep going until SOMEONE explains what's going on, how this even happened, and the resolution! Since the General Manager Scott is out, maybe I need to speak with Mr. Parker the Restaurant Operator, or even the Cathy's (the CEO and Chairman) because I know for sure this is NOT how they would want CFA to be represented. read more

Super friend and fast service. They have a mega drive thru set up and we moved through the line relatively quickly. The owner was in the parking lot thanking folks for coming which was a nice touch. How can you not like Chick Fil A? I have to dock one star on this review because I had a new guy that was my cashier and a gentleman came over to help him with a name tag on that said Director and neither knew what they were doing. I wouldn't think it would be hard to order a sandwich with no pickles on a wheat bun. When I got my food they had the sandwich right but they had the wheat bun in a second sandwich bag and I changed it out myself. Seems waist full but whatever. I also ordered my wife the spicy deluxe and somehow it showed up with American cheese and not the normal pepper jack. She really didn't like it and one of the runners told her to keep it and brought her a new one. Great customer service after the sale. The restaurant was super clean even though we have kids that made a mess. Big props for having wet wipes and the little plastic placemats for the tables that kids can use. These are the reasons we love chick fil a all over the nation and these ate why I can't dock more than 1 star for messing up the order and taking 3x as long as usual to place it. What is the point of ordering with the app if you have to hold up traffic to scan a code before they even start your order? Then you have to merge with 3 lanes & wait. Our entire order was wrong! This is my go to place for sure. I frequent this location enough that most of the drive thru staff know me by first name when I come by for breakfast or lunch. I love this place so much that even when they make a mistake on my order (which very rarely ever happens) I am ok with it because I figure these guys know what is best for me! Ha! The food is always on point and the staff is by far, the friendliest I have seen in Saline county! The restaurant is always clean and the restrooms are spotless. Very attentive staff in the lobby if you dine in. Even if the line is super long, it moves very fast and efficiently with the order takers on their tablets. This Chick-Fil-A is always busy and there is always a long line, but somehow I get through their long line a lot faster than many of the fast food places in town. They are super efficient, with people taking our orders in four lines and then directing people to where they can pick up their food. Now the food is just top of the line; it tastes fresh and healthy. I am a huge fan of the simple chicken sandwich, with a brioche multigrain bun and extra pickles. The macaroni cheese is also really good, complete with the crispy skin from the top of the pan, which every serving seems to get. If you haven't tried their freshly brewed ice tea, I highly recommend the unsweetened in the gallon jug, pure southern gourmet tea! I'm not here to complain about the food or the staff or anything. Just about the fact that they added a third drive-thru lane and refuse to have anyone directing traffic on busy days. The four-way stoplight sits at a complete standstill for about ten minutes on the regular. People constantly get pulled over trying to turn onto the street because this drive-thru has backed traffic up so much. This specific location doesn't even allow you to talk to an actual employee or manager when you call, and I think it's because they know how many problems they're causing. The overpriced, unseasoned, flavorless chicken is NOT worth it and I'm tired of being late for work every single day because people need to simp over it. read more

I have a three year old and a five year old that like getting fast food, the only thing I care for is the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. I chose to go back through the drive through as I had my two toddlers with me, we had just watched Paddington Bear (which I would give five stars on Yelp), this took 12 minutes and I asked to speak with a manager so I could make him aware of this unfortunate situation. I listen to mainly rap music and I don't like a snitch anymore than you, but nobody makes my kids eat pickle juice marinated chicken at room temperature, so I felt I had to let someone know, all he did was give me 3 packets of sauce. Not only did they get our food wrong, their trash cans were filled to the brims, making it hard to throw away our trash... also, the women's bathroom was an absolute mess with toilet paper all over the floor. When I went to tell someone, the guy said, "you need to tell her not me" and pointed me to someone else.... I was absolutely shocked...
