I was craving their grilled cheese and tomato soup like crazy this morning and they didn't have it on their breakfast menu but they had no hesitation in letting me get my favorite go-to here of the bacon grilled cheese and tomato soup. Kristin, our waitress, has been our waitress a few times and every single time she is so quick and friendly. We really love the customer service here. My husband and I had a tough week as we had to put down my four year old golden retriever unexpectedly and this is our first time out to try to get back to normalcy and it was delightful. My husband got his favorite which is the top sirloin chicken fried steak and it was exceptional. I cannot say enough about their tomato soup that came with my grilled cheese... Anywho, I needed comfort this morning and brother don's delivered as they always do. Please pay them a visit. Thanks Kristin and team

Watched her snap at the crew, talk down to them, and generally act like she hates being there. The staff looked stressed and miserable. If that's how she treats the people working for her, i would hate to see her angry, no wonder the service is bad. Popeyes needs to do better with management.
