I used to eat here all the time when I was stationed in Bremerton. I came back a decade later and returned for the nostalgia of these Philly Sandwiches. The look is almost frozen in time. The parking is shared with a mini market, which allows for plenty of parking. Catch them on a busy day and recommend taking to go for hovering while ppl are looking for seating and the seating is close, almost inhabiting your comfort and hitting the person behind you when you get out/in of your seat. We got the traditional sandwich and it seems to have shrunk. I thought the sandwiches were bigger when I was here last. The sides were excellent and made to order, careful as you will burn yourself if you do not allow them to cool. One side will serve 2-3ppl and the sandwich cannot be shared. Very casual diner. You order up front, and the staff will call your name for pick up. The food tastes like your typical American food. The service was fast, and the staff were nice. Called in our order and the person that took our order was very helpful and friendly. Service was very quick. When I got home our food was still hot and very delicious. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and date had a turkey bacon melt. I would recommend both. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and size. We will definitely be back. read more

Their menu starts with Philly Cheese steaks. We ordered four. They use provolone cheese, not cheese sauce, which could have been fine, but you hardly know there is cheese in there. A cheese steak should be smothered in cheese. It's in the name. The meat was very lean. The roll very soft. One of the people in our group worked in a sandwich shop in their school days and mentioned they would marinate the steak in soy sauce to breakdown the fat and tenderize the meat. And now, all I can taste is soy sauce. Probably wouldn't have noticed it. Now it's all I notice. Sandwich would benefit from some salt & pepper and lots more cheese. The sides we ordered were over priced for the amount of product received. Sauces on the side such as bbq, ranch and so on are available for an extra charge. read more

Food is absolutely amazing. We ordered several different sandwiches and all were unique, fresh, generous portions and super tasty. Onion rings and tots were great, garlic fries were ok. We ordered a few different of their famous shakes and they were all soooooo good! Interior is cute and has a historic feel. Kept quite clean. Could benefit from a little updating and still keep the feel of the history which they celebrate. Only request....please don't block your only wheelchair ramp with the elephant. Haven't been here since I was quite younger but I was in the area and decided to stop. To start the service was fine. I had the Nick's special and onion rings. The onion rings were amazing some of the best I've had. But my sandwich was disappointing. The meat was bland and dry and veggies tasted like water. The bread was nice quality though. For $35 after tip I would say it wasn't worth it. I may be back for the onion rings but I'll skip out on any entrees for a while. read more

Living up to it's namesake this restaurant is all themed like Noah's Ark. From lots of porcelain to murals and statues everything is all about that biblical story here. I had to bookmark it after a friend told us about it and found it to be unusual which it was. Food is pretty good actually. It's all diner fare and the menu has lots of variety. I got a cheeseburger with French Fries that made a nice little lunch (it tasted pretty fresh too which is always a plus) and Steve liked his sandwich too. The place is pretty popular and brings in all different kinds of people. I imagine because the food is pretty solid in quality and getting a meal here isn't all that expensive. I have a very bad experience here. I paid $38 for 2 shakes, ark burger, and chicken strips and they didn't even give us fries. Then when I went in to put an order in for fries it took 10 minutes. Noah's ark used to be different and now they are charging Bremerton residents outrageous prices for low quality food. A friend of mine suggested I eat here while I was visiting in this part of Washington so my relatives and I headed out to find this place. It looks a bit older, but was filled with people, which was already a great sign. I ordered the Ark Burger, onion rings and a strawberry milkshake. Everything was soooo freaking good, I finished everything with the exception of the bucket of onion rings we got to share. The restaurant itself was clean and I loved the decor. It looked like a bunch of Noah's Ark cookie jars that lined the shelves above us and there were random statues of animals outside as well, to fit the theme duhhh. Customer service was super on point. You order at the counter, find a table and then pick up when they call your name out. Very pleasant experience and would 10/10 go back to eat! read more

It was our first time here. Fries are crunchy, but too salty for me. The fish and clams are just your basic frozen pre made stuff and too oily. I'd suppose all the fried stuff is frozen pub style fare. Staff is super nice tho which is why we'll try again. Will update when we do. read more

This was our first time there and right away what struck me was how clean it was. Yes there are some stains on the carpet...it's a restaurant--but the staff was cleaning all the glass and the grooves of the windows...seems insignificant to some but I'm a detail person. Food was good. My burger without a bun was amazing!!! The fries were great, my wife wasn't too impressed with her burger, lacked flavor, but she is definitely willing to try them again. Solid old school one of a kind diner type place / no waiters - order off the board - Specialities are Philly cheese steak sandwiches- Had Nicks special which is basically all the trimmings - good size sandwich and price point makes it a better value than a Jersey Mike or Jimmy John's. 5 stars Had the fried Zucchini and while they tasted fine the value proposition was lacking - it was $5 and it was five pieces / not kidding - can't believe that was the size of the order given the sandwich value - cannot recommend at that price point . I went into the restaurant for the first time tonight. I ordered 2 chickens sandwiches with NO tomatoes, fries, onion rings and a milk shake. The lady who took the order repeated everything back to me correctly. However she didn't hit the no tomatoes even though she said it back to me. The chicken sandwiches had tomatoes and weren't fully cooked they were ice cold all they did was melt cheese over the chicken on the grill, and the onion rings were saturated in grease and the onions weren't even cooked fully. Basically the only thing that was cooked properly was the French fries. This meal cost me 45 dollars and some change. I called to let them know and I was told that the chicken comes to them fully cooked and that I didn't have anything to worry about it. Bullshit. You still have to bring the food up to temperature. They should refund my whole meal. I was told to come on down and they would refund me the chicken sandwiches. I will never back to this place again. Anyone who can't cook their food thoroughly shouldn't have a restaurant. read more

I used to come here all the time when I was back in college 20 years ago. Was pleasantly surprised when I called for a pickup on my way through town to get my dad a Reuben. Onion rings are fried with that same style batter as a fair corn dog, are coated evenly, and don't break apart around the onion. This was my first time visiting this restaurant. This place is definitely dated when it comes to curb appeal and even the interior decor. I would not have tried this place by just driving by. It was suggested to me so, today was the day I decided to try it. This place is charming and very inviting despite the feeling of being dated. I wouldn't call this a full service restaurant since you order at the counter and pick up your food, when your name is called. When we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a very friendly person who was knowledgeable and clearly knew her job. I loved the menu board, it was very clean looking and very clear and easy to read. They have a nice menu with a variety of items to choose from. I chose the clam strips and popcorn shrimp special with a lemonade milkshake and my partner ordered the Philly cheesesteak with a peanut butter and chocolate milkshake. As I was waiting for my food to be ready I observed the interior and how clean it was. They had two people in the seating area thoroughly wiping down tables and chairs, including the arms and legs and they were extremely thorough, I was very impressed. When our name was called and our food was ready to pick up from the counter, I was excited,. The food looked amazing! Both meals were excellent, they were very delicious! The presentation, the flavor, the freshness were great! To say the least I was impressed all the way around and I will definitely go back.
