I love to go to Dairy Queen to get a medium blizzard. The problem is, they rarely fill the blizzard to the top. It gets frustrating. It's like they take 10% off the top on a regular basis and it's false advertisement. One pic is how Dairy Queen advertises their blizzards. The other pic is what I received. The guy put a flat top on it which I took off and said to him I just wanted to see if you filled it or not, and then said, "it looks like or not". He said that it looked pretty full to him. The problem is this happens all the time and it's frustrating. It seven bucks to pop. The size of my medium blizzard was almost exactly the size of my wife's small blizzard. Ugh. read more

When we walked in they didn't pay attention to us and when we went up to the counter the manager Travis was taking our order and I needed to use the restroom and he sat there and openly made fun of me to the rest of the coworkers. After I came back out there kept looking over at me and giggling. The food took almost 30 minutes to come out when it should have taken at least 15. I do not think this a place to sit down and eat. I'm a fan of DQ and on my way back to ID I stopped at this one. The hamburger was very good and the fries were crispy. Service was very friendly and attentive. DQ is the only place where you get a hamburger that looks nice and fresh. read more

While going through the drive through, The young boy who was at the speaker seemed very impatient and rude. While going up to the window a young girl was there and slammed the window after taking our cash payment. As we were waiting for our ice cream the young girl began calling me all types of names behind the window thinking I couldn't hear. She was talking about how ugly i was. As she opened the window she smiled and once again slammed the door in my face and flipped me off as i drove away. I ordered a Georgia mud fudge blizzard, pretty easy to make, chocolate ice cream,pecans,and brownie pieces. they got the pecans and brownies right however the ice cream was caramel and tasted like coffee. I went in to have them fix it and I didn't really complain, however when they gave me my 2nd blizzard it was THE EXACT SAME AS THE FIRST ONE. Also when I was in there they had rap music blasted which doesn't necessarily bother me however there were young kids in there and they shouldn't have to listen to that kind of music. I went with a friend for a quick lunch at the new place. Sadly, I think they need a bit more training. The Chili dog was partly cold (the chili was not). I'm giving this a 3 star rating only because the service was good and friendly. The meal, however, was a big disappointment! My husband and I ordered the grilled chicken salad which was pictured on the menu as having 4 or 5 slices of chicken breast. In actuality, there were literally quarter inch size pieces that were far and few between, maybe totaling a couple of tablespoons. Ordered 2 plain double cheese burgers got home and they had condiments on it, then I called the store and spoke to Kayla and she told me I could come back in and they would fix it for me.
