I ordered a custom birthday cake on 8/25 for pickup on 8/28 at noon. When I arrived around 12:45, I waited about 10 minutes just to be acknowledged, despite the lobby and drive-thru being empty. After showing my order confirmation, I waited even longer while customers who came in after me were helped first. Eventually, an employee brought out a cake, set it on the counter, and said, "That will be $27.71." The problem was--it wasn't the cake I ordered. It looked like they had taken a completely different cake and quickly added "Happy Birthday Sierra" in very sloppy handwriting. When I pointed out that it wasn't my cake, instead of apologizing or explaining that my order had been missed, the employee responded with an attitude that I had ordered an 8-inch cake, this was a 10-inch, and they were only charging me for the 8-inch--as if I should be grateful for a larger cake I never ordered. Mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood if someone had simply apologized and explained that my cake hadn't been made. What I can't understand is trying to hand me a completely different cake without acknowledging the mistake at all, then giving me an attitude when I questioned it. We went to Dairy Queen last night and got dessert. My 4 yr old wanted "blue" ice-cream, but wanted it in a cup, not a cone. Kody was very patient and considerate when assisting with our drive through order. Tried this location about a year ago and received horrible service. Was handed food while employee kept her head turned away. The only time she did turn was to close the window without a word. I ignored it then proceeded to ask if they have a taco salad like the DQ in Texas does and she wanted to tell me you can go to Taco Bell but we ain't got no taco for you in a getto and rude attitude. We ordered 5 mini blizzards in the drive thru, there was no cars behind us and we were told to move up and it would be brought to us. We were then brought three blizzards with lids half way shoved on them and was told sorry we couldn't get the lid on these, they were VERY runny like a melted shake nothing like a blizzard. So we take it straight back in and we're informed that it's because of the size that they can't make it thick, we got them back and it was much better but still definitely not a blizzard. The entire family was let down we all just wanted a good mini blizzard after a nice Christmas light drive night , as we are all finally together for the holidays. I ordered blizzard cotton candy ice cream through the drive thru, paid for the ice cream while i noticed the one guy who made the ice cream make a smart remark, i ignored it. As im driving off i took a bite to notice that the ice cream i ordered , i did not receive. Took it back in and "manager " knew they were out of the cotton candy stuff and decided to not tell me whatsoever, and put sprinkles in the ice cream. As a "manager " or whatever he was should not assume someone would be okay with getting a different item than what they ordered and PAID for! I am so glad I took a bite before going all the way home. I did go in to get a refund back onto my card. But definitely will not be coming to this location! Poor management. read more

I said to the cashier we were sitting outside and the table was dirty, she handed me a rag, I laughed and handed it to my son--I thought what the hell, if an employee can't do it I'll have my 10 year old....NO SHIT, it happened! Worst customer service I've ever received. After standing there for about 4 minutes waiting for service, a gentleman walked up and asked if any one was working the register. There were about 7 people on staff and every single one of them looked at us as if they had never seen a customer before. No one acknowledged us, no one even said give us a minute we'll be right with you; one employee even walked by us and avoided eye contact. After this treatment I walked out. As I was walking out, the gentleman with a Vietnam Veteran hat asked if anyone was working the register, a woman came to the register and rudely told him she was busy doing something else and would get around to help him when she was done with what she was doing. We are currently dealing with the after effects of hurricane Michael. Stopped at this location yesterday. I went thru the drive thru to get back to my house that we are trying to clean debris out of. Two bacon cheese burgers and two small fries,$14.98. Seriously! $2.50 for a small order of fries. I'm sure they know exactly how much to price gouge to stay within the law. I ordered the buy one get one for 99 cents blizzards and was rudely cut off before i could finish my order. When i got to the window the manager was there to take my payment then handed me a melted pecan turtle blizzard. She then proceeds to say "I don't know why people order that blizzard. It always melts because of the hot caramel". I ordered it because that is what i like. My blizzard was sloppy, dripping mess. It couldn't be flipped over even if i wanted her to do it. I ordered a small fry as well and it was cold. To top it off, when i tried to do the survey at dqfansurvey.com, it told me i could NOT take the survey based on the information given. When I have a craving for a blizzard I always come here and I've never had any problems. Usually a 5/5 stars but today I witnessed something that should NEVER had happened. I watched one of the workers put my burger that I ordered in the microwave to warm it back up. Now I understand that they were busy, but why microwave a customers food. Why not put it under the HEAT LAMPS they have? I use my microwave for a lot of things and I'm not saying "using a microwave is bad" but I literally watched it happen with my own two eyes. If there's some rule about using the microwave that they have please let me know so I can be more informed about this. read more

So my husband and I went here twice this weekend. Yesterday, during the day I wanted a blizzard: worst service. A woman at the window didn't seem very happy about her job and did not flip our blizzard upside down. It wasn't until we left that I realized this. The second time was this evening because my husband wanted a blizzard. We showed up close to closing time at 10:50 and we were going to expect disappointment when arriving to darkened signs and lights. But my husband being brave pulled the drive thru anyway. The girl that came to the window was VERY courteous and sweet to us! She didn't seem like we were an inconvenience to her life like the other girl today.. and this was even at closing lol. I loved her service, professionalism and accommodation to our ordering because even though they were starting to close.. the hours being open till 11pm made me feel very appreciative that we still got to order!
