This place is disgusting! We have been twice to make sure the first time wasn't a fluke. Both times the place was filthy. The soda area, the counters, and floor were covered in food and different kinds of liquid. The staff seem to be over worked. I asked where my blizzard was and she said she forgot even though I was standing right there the whole time. Come to this location often. For years I've been ordering a Peanut Buster Parfait with Cocoa Fudge instead of hot fudge. I paid almost fourteen dollars for my order of two ice creams. My Peanut Buster Parfait comes out without peanuts or cocoa fudge on the top layer. I tasted it while waiting on the other ice cream and it was hot fudge. Not what I ordered. I asked the girl could she get me another one as this was hot fudge and not cocoa fudge. She provides to speak with the guy making them and he argued it was cocoa fudge. Clearly I know the difference. I asked could they put the cocoa fudge on the top layer and peanuts. The guy yells charge them. So I said ok and paid $1.83 for what should've been there. They didn't remake it with cocoa fudge. My second ice cream was a medium blizzard that was 2/3 the way filled. Guess I need a new ice cream spot. I won't be returning. Terrible service read more

I watched 3 employees stand around and talk, no one is making orders. Drive through is wrapped around the side and there is no one actually running the store, the employees froze one of the ice cream machines over. It's was slight hectic with no guidance and more importantly no cares about how poorly things went. I orders two chocolate brownie extreme with chocolate ice cream blizzards. What I received was two blizzards in vanilla ice cream and only the top half mixed. Bottom half of cup was all vanilla ice cream. I've visited the drive thru for this Dairy Queen several times and each time the staff working have been friendly and personable, but the efficiency needs some improvements as it's usually a long wait for even the drive thru. No complaints on the food here, it's pretty standard of what you would expect of a DQ. read more

Well it is safe to say that I won't be delivering DoorDash for this restaurant anymore. It was a slow lunch day for them... no customers in the restaurant and none in the drive thru. I waiting 15 minutes passed the promised time for my order. The employee then tried to give my customer a blizzard which was not on their order. I told the employees that they had 2 drinks and they told me they aren't notified when a customer orders a drink. I've never heard of a restaurant not being notified of part of a customers order... I placed a mobile order on May 14, 2025. After sitting in the parking lot for 20 mins, the girl comes out and states they dont have chicken and cannot fill my order. I asked if they could just cancel my order and she said she didn't know how to do that. I asked for a manager and she stated she was a manager, yet she didn't know how to cancel an order. As I was trying to figure out if I could cancel the order on the app, she just turned and walked away. Zero help whatsoever. So, I called the store to speak to a manager, as the app said to do. After I explained my situation, the real manager said she had cancelled my order and apologized for the rude behavior of the other person. The next day, my account was charged the full amount. She in fact did not know how to cancel an order. I have called and spoken to several people, none of them are capable of refunding my money. First I would like to start off that the "MANAGER" by the name of ANGEL MARTINEZ needs to be immediately terminated due to the fact that he was more worried about charging for a .33¢ paper cup than providing great CUSTOMER SERVICE. I grew up on the left coast but had the opportunity as a kid to visit my Aunt Barb and Uncle Dave in Southern Illinois to have this when it was 90 and 100 percent humidity. So I placed an order in the drive through and at the time of payment the cashier asked if I wanted my receipt. I said no, unfortunately. So as I was waiting on my order, I seen every car that was behind me getting their food and leaving. So I go inside to check on my order and as I get to the counter one of the girls that were at the window when I declined my receipt asked me if I was waiting on a specific order and I told her yes I was. She then proceeds to ask if I had my receipt and I told her no. She tells me she can't serve me my specific order that she knew I was waiting on if I didn't have a receipt and tried to tell me I had to reorder my food. Worst service ever. Someone in Dairy Queen management finally recognized the need for a facelift. Their new Grill and Chill concept is brilliant. They have good selection of a variety of items. If the chain could just be consistent on their service... This location has a good staff and good cooks. We arrived in town late in the evening and needed a quick eat. Post hurricane Michael review: Granted, we showed up just before 9pm. They close at 10pm. We can't see what's going on in the dining room because we're in the drive thru, but the car in front of us isn't moving. Why? No one knows. Finally, after about 10 minutes, the car moves and we pull up to the speaker to order. Woman is seriously rude. Repeats order back wrong. Impatient. Clearly annoyed by something. Pull up to drive thru window, it's 9:22. I'm telling the people I'm with to just drive away, we've been waiting for over 20 minutes with one car in front of us. We wait. Blizzards come. First one is half melted. Next three blizzards come after we remind them we had two orders (we didn't order food, just blizzards). Neither of the two people running the window address the horrid wait time or the order accuracy or bother greeting us at all. They pretend nothing happened. Just 30 minutes in the drive thru, no big deal. Obviously they got a dining room rush, but my issue was mainly with the blatant rudeness, unfriendly manner in which the employees conducted themselves. It's one thing to be busy, that's understandable. But to be so silent about it and keep waiting customers in the dark is unacceptable. Say something like "I'm so sorry for the wait, we are super busy tonight." Or "thank you for waiting, we appreciate you choosing Dairy Queen". We will choose Chick Fil A next time. DQ Corporate really needs to rethink supporting this location with the wonderful DQ Logo! The multiple concerns with this DQ Location are terrible and should be addressed immediately. My family & I have frequented this DQ on multiple occasions. I will use a scale of 10 out of 10 visits, 8 of them are HORRIBLE! Every time I or my wife have been to this location they are so short handed & never have enough people working & the time we wait for food is ridiculous. Now with Covid its even worse because evidently they too scared to open the dining room where many other restaurants are 100% OPEN. However if they were to have the dining room open it would most likely be a giant cluster of excuses & a mess to deal with because they are unable to even get a drive-thru order correct! As my family and I still frequent this location we spend $35 to $45 every visit & I ask myself why we continue to do so when it takes 30 plus minutes to get some of the food & order is still not correct. Drinks get watered down, ice-cream melts & food is cold by time we get the rest of the order while sitting in the parking lot space waiting. The mismanagement of this location or lack of management or poor ownership gives DQ a bad reputation. Severe re-training is needed at this location! I would even suggest that Corporate DQ make several undercover visits at this location so that they can see how terrible the service is, quality of product, quantity of product and freshness of food is. I would even suggest that this location should take some training from Chic-Fil-A on proper etiquette, quality of food and speed of service!
