Had a "Buy a double Cheeseburger for 1/2 off " come up on my pop up on my Sonic app so I stopped by and ordered onion rings too. Brought home and I have to say I enjoyed the sandwich. Rings were fine, a bit greasy. I had stopped eating at this store because in the past I had stopped in on Tuesday's after 5pm to get " 1/2 off Cheeseburgers " and even though I went light on condiments or even skipped one of the 3, I would end up with really sloppy smothered sandwiches. The WORST. Super slow and still had a 20 minute wait. If I hadn't ordered online and already paid I would have left.

The only complaint I have is the touch screens and card readers never work. I'm sure the carhops are missing out on tips because you can't swipe your card. Service is usually fast, food is good and staff is friendly. read more

Friday afternoon at 3:45 we stopped for a quick bite. We spent $18 on a #4 Bacon cheeseburger toaster with tots, and one bacon cheeseburger toaster. Gross is the nicest adjective I could use. Burgers were room temperature, tots were cold. The bacon was hard and greasy. I think there must have been BBQ sauce that was supposed to be inside the toaster but a large portion of it was on the bottom of the toaster making it very messy to eat. Slow definitely not out in under 4 mins. My slinger was hard as a rock. Even tho I had to wait for it to be cooked fresh.... Frys where not salted and for the best part of it all. I never feel the need to leave a review but being in the industry I can't help it this time. The gentleman working was less than friendly sounding frustrated with my order when it was only 2 slushees and 1 peach tea (which I had to specify twice after made incorrectly) seemed like the BIGGEST inconvenience. Paid and tipped generously just to be disrespected as a patron is ridiculous. I not only apologized like it was my fault and over nice through his mistake that was completely ignored. I do not recommend this sonic what so ever. The past two times i have went they have forgotten something and i found a hair in my food. I ordered online and got the pickle fries, i drove off with my food they weren't in there. I went back and told them this and they said they knew and i could replace it with another side. So instead of taking care of the problem at the restaurant they decided to just hope i drove off and didn't come back. I went again tonight after that experience and got the cheese tots and there was a hair(not mine) in the tots. Thats just disgusting. read more

Such a good place to get half off drinks from 2-4! They also have their ice cream drinks and milkshakes half off after 8 pm! I love going here with my friends I Dont understand how anyone could give this place less than 5 stars. I definitely recommend coming here for the food too. Horrible!! Honestly I'm surprised this Sonic is still open. I believe it's the name brand that is still bringing people. Every time I go there, I leave unsatisfied. Either my grilled cheese taste burnt, yet not even really grilled (how does that happen), or my order is wrong. One time (no lie) I asked for no lettuce on a sandwich and got it back and it had lettuce. I gave it back to them and it was like they brought out the same sandwich with lettuce and it went back in a total of three times and finally I asked for a manager. Honestly, i'm disappointed. the blasts had little to no toppings. my hot dog had a nerds candy piece in it. the tater tots were burnt to a crisp and tasted like grease. I expected more from this establishment. BUT our carhop was phenomenal. Sonic has improved a lot . The service was impeccable and fast. The carhops were pleasant and the person who took my order was very gracious even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted. All in all it was a great experience and I'm excited to go back especially for those half priced shakes after 8pm. Very disappointed to say the least, sent my son to get 6 milkshakes and two cheeseburgers. He waited for over 25 minutes, which I get they are busy so no big deal. He gets to the window and pays the girl starts handing him the shakes he then ask for a drink carrier to which she states they are out of drink carriers. (They have been out for over a week) which I know because the last time I was there they didn't have any so I know they get trucks once a week so I figured they would have some or maybe have gotten some from a different Sonics in Bay county. I told him they all ended up on my sons truck floor to which he states " Why because he waste them" I asked him to repeat himself to make sure I heard him right so he says them same thing a second time. Comes back and say's the general manager (Ashley?) said there is nothing they can do and if it was him he would of put them in a box. This is quite possible the worst "fast" food restaurant that myself or my family have been. Every time I have gone through the drive thru it is painfully slow. Tonight was no exception. It took more than 20 mins from placing the order to getting it(8:43 - 9:05). One would think that if it took this long the food would be fresh & hot. Nope. The fries & tater tots were bone cold. If it was possible I would give this sonic all types of negative ratings. The workers there are usually very kind. But tonight the service that my husband and I received was very unbelievable. First of all, we had to wait a very long time for our food.. about 25 minutes, even though we were the only costumers. When we finally got home we noticed that the food that we received was incorrect. My husband attempted to go back. He was there for an additional 30-35 minutes to get waited on. My husband got out the car and knocked on the window and door. No answer. He could see the young lady Erika (the caisher) and a young man (cook) talking in the back of the store as if they did not want to help him. Finally, the young lady Erika asked him what he would like, and he told her the food was incorrect, she was very hesitant about trying to solve the problem. She then said she would remake it after several mintues, my husband told Erika he had been waiting for 30-35 mintues, and without a word she closed the drive thru window, and she began to mimick every word my husband told her to her employees, she was talking very loudly about my husband in a rude tone. worst costumer service my husband and I have ever received at a "fast food" returant.
