After waiting 30 minutes for the order to be taken in the drive up, someone came to take our order and 5 times later still got it wrong. Finally gave up and just said okay. Finally, when we got the order, it was wrong, we asked to speak to the manager of who was very rude and argumentative. After me explaining very kindly the situation she rudely asked if I had any questions or concerns. I explained to her that that was my concern and I did not like being treated that way as a customer she told me to write a review about it. I will be in contact with better management. read more

I am addicted to Sonic. I go multiple times a day but I will probably never go back to this one unless I hear of a change in leadership. I ordered one drink on the app. From the point I arrived to when I got my one drink was approximately 30 minutes. They brought me someone else's order. Then I waited another 20 minutes. I pushed the button three times with no response. I finally went to the door to ask because they never brought it and would not answer the call button. The lady told me to get out. She didn't ask why I came to the door or how she could help. The inside was dirty. There was a total of 3 or more employees and one of the employees kept a takin orders out and stopping to talk to people she saw or delivered to. Many people came after me and ordered after they arrived and still got food and drink before some of the other people waiting.. (On the positive side: the kid that final brought my drink out was actually very kind. He apologized and asked if I needed anything else.) They take forever to answer the drive through line. Have 35 slips to order food and still take at least 45 minutes to get your food/ answer the call button. I'd say if they want to stay open at least hire people who want to be there not people who will give attitude when your an active customer. Pushed the button again to ask if she meant the drive thru window and she said again " No you have to get out of your car and come to the front window to verify order" . I love this place now. New management and a very clean restaurant. The manager Mary let me tour the place and I was impressed by the staff as well. The burger I got was hot and fresh and the fries were the same. And the place looks great now considering the hurricane last year. And they're open till 2am. read more

Don't know what happened to this place, but must have become complacent. Took my order through the drive through after asking did they currently have a specific item. Got to the drive through window to pay and as the order was repeated I had to correct them several times. Now I know mistakes can be made, but this was clearly trying to serve me the wasted product anyway because they just about had the order ready to hand to me when I got to the window and had to make the correction! Apparently they ducked behind the wall and played like they were switching and did nothing because I wound up with the unwanted item item anyway! This also involved a shift manager as well as 2 workers as they all heard me say that the order was wrong. Very shady service!!!!! i went to sonic today for lunch , i ordered a #1 with a root beer float , and a coffee , after what seamed to be a 15 minuet wait , i received my order , , short on time as usual i took the order and went back to work , i got there and found out i had received a sprite and a coke ,( not what i ordered ) the burger was real good though , , yesterday morning i had one of the carhops dump a drink in my lapp, it was truley an accedent , this is one store i would not recommend to anybody , over all this is not a good experience for a repeat customer , who usualy tips very well !! read more
