The cash register lady gave me a cup but manager fussed at the young lady so much about not charging me for a water cup. That she was in tears. How much is a paper cup really? I gave the casher money and apologized she was having such a hard time. This is terrible customer service and I will not be back to this place. My husband and I came for a cotton candy blizzard, we ordered after an employee tried to hand my husband, someone else's order, once ours came up, the employee called our #, and slid them over on counter, he didn't turn ours upside down, so I asked him, if vm he would and he did, we were going to eat inside, however every table and bench were dirty, needed to be wiped down...and the 3 employees I was able to see, had no interest in cleaning or wiping them down, so we decided to eat our small and regular sized cotton candy blizzards in our truck. read more

Terrible service! I must have asked 7 times for my order and they still got it wrong. Aside that, when I mentioned to the girl who brought it to my table she refused to acknowledge the error instead said "I just care that I brought what I was supposed to bring" so I went to the cashier to tell him and he laughed at me: and said "oh shit, that's right, my bad" and just stared and the register, yet again. In no way trying to fix the problem. THEN, someone else came and said "well what do you want to do, that's what u paid for" that's not the point. I'm so mad. They turned the drive thru light off at 8:30 while we were at the speaker box with several cars behind us. Store sign says it closes at 9:00. We were like "Hello?" and they were like "Sorry. This store had their dining closed for so long but they had finally reopened it about 3 months ago. We rarely go here to get treats now bc when we go out with our kids we don't want to eat in our car & the lobby is still closed 2 1/2 yrs later. The hours are never straight forward unless you call & ask. It will say 10 & then you get there at like 9:20-9:30 & they will already be closed. Tonight I called to see what time they were open till (online said 9:30). The girl said 9:15. I love Dairy Queen just not this one. The service is unbelievably bad and seemed intentional. The server did a great job of pretending the customers weren't there. She walked from the counter to the kitchen and back several times, played with the cash register, and rearranged cups and cones. Consistent problem. I normally don't right reviews, let alone a bad one unless it is a consistent success or failure. Every time I go to this location there is a problem with the order, the people in side are socializing and walking around lazily as if they are home or at the mall or chilling out and not working. The prices are ridiculous and every time I come here there is a problem, while this isn't all the time it doesn't fail for it to happen every time I come here. The staff was rude, and continue to display unprofessional ethics or customer service. Frankly, the price and the continue problems with service, and the food isn't worth the price. Im saying no star but it won't let me not put one.I will not return to this location. We waited a long time for our order. When my 15 yr old daughter discovered they gave her sweet and spicy tenders instead of the honey barbecue that she ordered... I tell them they gave us the wrong ones. So one of the girls takes the order to the back then comes back with the same food still in hand and tells us they gave us that flavor because they were out of the other. As if we were supposed to accept that. I said no that's not what she wants. She leaves with attitude and then asks what we want in place. Never was there a change in price mentioned or anything offered for the trouble. When new food arrived she pretty much threw the food on the table and didn't respond when my daughter said thank you. Until this last year, my husband and I have never had a bad experience at this location. We get blizzards so often that they knew us and our order. I was told that I could continue to order a "special" item since it's all just basic stuff...but whoever they have hired recently has continually fought us over it. To the point they were intentionally making my blizzard wrong! So I changed my order, not once have I actually gotten close to what was asked for (brownie batter)...no worries. It was still good enough to eat. But tonight was by far the worst. Our blizzards tasted off, both of them. It was an odd after taste that we couldn't put our fingers on. And given that we eat them often, we would know. My husband went back (just 5min after getting them) and informed the workers of the situation. They flat out REFUSED to remake them or refund us our money. The worker snidely said they had been making and selling the exact same ice cream all day with no complaints and that since the manager wasn't there, there wasn't anything they could do. My family likes theirs made a specific way so i made sure to repeat and confirm..TWICE. The girl acted like she had the order correctly but then when i got home 2 of the 3 blizzards was incorrect. We have tried to visit this location twice in the past two months with no luck. The worker locked the doors early as we were trying to enter the store. It was half an hour before close. Staff is very rude. I asked for a brownie batter blizzard. It's not on the menu but it's just hot fudge and brownie chunks. I've been to several other locations and they have always given me exactly what I wanted and knew exactly what I was talking about. After giving me a vanilla Ice cream with brownie chunks I asked if they could make the ice cream chocolate and they got very defensive. They informed me that they couldn't do that. The only way they could do that was if I got the chocolate extreme blizzard but they couldn't take the chocolate chunks out which usually come in the chocolate extreme. read more
