There is lots of street parking and an oversized funky chair on the exterior that is unique to snap a photo on. Inside, you will feel transported back into your 70's and 80's ice cream parlor with typical ice cream options, shakes, sundaes, malts, etc. and even food options as well. Namekagon Cone features Cedar Crest Ice Cream, and I got its Jumping Jersey Cow, peanut butter flavored ice cream blended with chocolate coated caramel mini cups and swirled with chocolate fudge. Oddly, they came with a plain cup of white rice. The staff, which may have been affected by the shortages (most likely in the kitchen), could have been more attentive. Specifically, our young waiter, seemed distracted by doing things all over the restaurant. Probably not his fault, but did detract from the overall experience. NOT ONCE! The scoop team is terrific. Friendly, fast, and wonderful with small kids and the young at heart. The ice cream is perfect too. Excellent selection served at the perfect temperature.
