Just yesterday when going through the drive thru via the app, they forgot my chips and I had to go back, wait in line for 10 minutes behind just 1 car, and then no apology, like this was normal. A couple months back I order via the drive thru off the menu and the drive thru person kept giving me a higher price than was on the menu, even when I got to the window, the person insisted they were correct, when clearly wrong. The person seemed to be on drugs or something. I just drove off disgusted.
