I went here tonight to get a twisted cone with sprinkles flipped into a cup. They were very blunt/ rude during the drive through experience. When we got to the window there was a girl who had AirPods in who could care less. She handed me a cup of twisted ice cream with few to little sprinkles and there was no cone! I went there tonight and it was close to closing time we grabbed our bag and we're missing several items. I called the store and although it was after closing time they picked up and immediately hung up. I could understand letting the phone ring through but answering and immediately hanging up is very unprofessional in my opinion. read more

Standard DQ. Two days in a row, now, at different locations. Tried to do Sonic today for a little variety, but they could not make half their menu, including what we wanted. We wanted slushies, and found them here. Little one for Baby K, big one for me. Cold, refreshing, tasty. The draw for DQ is drive-through ice cream, etc. Easy for parents in the summer. We always go to this DQ, food and staff are usually the best in cental Ohio for DQs. This time we got a med. Rootbeer float and a banana split. The cost was near $10. My float had less ice cream in it than the 5 buck lunch sunday amounts. The rootbeer was flat and not even filled to the rim. To say it was disappointing is an understatement. Needless to say I will stick with blizzards or milkshakes. At least the staff was nice. read more

Pros: They have the best selection of ready-to-go ice cream cakes for any DQ I've seen, especially considering the size of the store. Staff is usually helpful and courteous (though not always - teenagers...). Cons: The store is tiny and kinda smells like vomit? While there is a drive-thru, it's so oddly placed that I literally drove past the window and circled the building twice before figuring out where I was supposed to stop. read more

Went for a birthday cake. Had to go inside. All they were doing at that point to prevent COVID-19 was a glass between the register and person placing the order. I was the only person in there and within 5 mins 10 people showed up. They had no enforcement of the 6ft rule. No tapes nothing. Definitely not going back until every thing is semi normal. read more

I love Dairy Queen and have never met a Dairy Queen I didn't like......until now. Most of them aren't the cleanest and the staff are always kids but the product always delivered. Have been to this location twice; both times for Blizzards. First time we both got the same flavor and both thought there was not nearly enough stuff inside and they weren't mixed very well. Second time mine (picked different flavor) was again lacking in ingredients. When you are paying $4.00 for a cup of ice cream, you are expecting to be very happy; I was not. Hubby's Blizzard was not at all mixed - he found all his ingredients at the bottom of the cup. Unless it is just for a Dilly, I won't be setting foot back in this location. read more

Worst experience I've had yet, I've never had an order messed up as bad as we got tonight. We ordered 2 of their meal deals, and 2 extra burgers. We were charged for a Blizzard we didn't order and for our food; and then when we finally got our food, one order of fries was forgotten as well as the extra cheeseburgers, sundae for the meal, and one of the drinks was almost forgotten until we said something. To top it all off, the burger we did get was wrong, and the gravy for the chicken tenders spilled everywhere because the lid wasn't on all the way. I'm severely disappointed, and definitely don't plan on coming back. read more

Never returning here purely for the incredibly rude staff. I understand some of the staff are still in highschool but the "management" is just as bad if not worse. Outside of the lack of professionalism, they consistently mess up the orders and then try claim its correct in order to avoid remaking anything. I'm done with this DQ. read more

Not bad. Not "Man, this is what I've been waiting for, for more than a year" Good, but a cold treat nonetheless. I got mint soft serve with bits of brownie mixed in. The brownie pieces alone don't have an exactly scrumptious taste. The mint soft serve was ok - not anything to write home about. This location has a drive-thru. The staff were polite and efficient. An inexpensive treat for your wallet, but they do not, by any mines, have my heart! read more

I asked for a summer berry sundae and they dumped frozen fruit on top when on the website it's advertised as a sauce. Also, my blizzard wasn't even blended all the way through so about half way down it was just vanilla ice cream. From now on I'll go to Tony's Coneys just a few stores down....I recommend you choose Tony's Coneys as well. read more

I've lived in Columbus most of my life and I can genuinely say that this Dairy Queen is one of the most depressing, sad places I've ever been to in my life. There's no radio playing, the lighting is awful, and while the ice cream is pretty good (wouldn't recommend the milkshakes but everything else is good), the food is spectacularly mediocre at its very best. Also, it feels like time is broken in this place. If you're NOT severely depressed and would like to be for some masochistic reason, this is the place for you. If you're already severely depressed, calling the Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273-8255 is probably in your better interest rather than coming here. But I can say from personal experience that this atmosphere is so dismal, so bleak, that when you're feeling the absolute worse, it drains away a little bit of the bad energy plaguing your mind. I swear this place feeds off of the mentally ill, and you can definitely use that to your advantage. It's like diving into a ballpit of SSRIs with your mouth wide open. It's so ridiculously pathetic that you'll want to laugh. Also, their Blizzards are pretty sweet. Would definitely recommend the Hot Cocoa one that's in season as of writing. read more

Should have walked away when I had to ask for the Waffle cone without the fly :( my vanilla cone was... well... just not right. It had a funny sour taste. It was almost like taking a spoon and eating a dollop of daisy in a Waffle cone. The kids working there are just that.. Kids. The phone rang a total of 12times in a row, twice, who ever was calling is still waiting for someone to answer. The kid was to busy banging a trash can around to answer it. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 blizzards and waited 10 minutes at the window to get them. I even confirmed my order with the kid at the window because I didn't think it was right but he promised it was. Drove all the way home and shocker, it wasn't right. Drove back. Waited 10+ minutes to get to the window this time. Was given my correct blizzard but not told sorry or anything. I complained about how I confirmed my order, still got the wrong one, my other blizzard was now melted, and then I had to wait. Still no apology, only told to come inside next time. I would rather go to the A&W/Long John Silvers down the street and get food poisoning than come back here again. read more

Traditionally, though being small and needing a serious remodeling, I've been treated well at this dairy queen, but things have seemed to change. Today, for instance, I ordered a cone dipped in chocolate. I asked if there was some way to carry it home in some sort of holder. The young man at the window looked at me as if I'd asked for a $100 bill and I suggested perhaps he could put the bottom of the cone in a cup and lay one of the tall transparent cone shaped lids over it. He proceeded to cram it, ice cream first, into a tiny cup, then cover the cone with the plastic cover. I pulled over after exiting, and sure enough, the chocolate shell was crushed and the ice cream a mess. I returned and asked if he could possibly use a deeper cup and put the cone end in first this time (common sense, right?). He replied curly, "It won't work!" So it had to be hand carried home. I have to believe Dairy Queen has better methods for drive thru cone containers and can hire more intelligent and polite staff. On getting it home only to find it was a "revenge" cone with hardly a shell of chocolate, I'm going to a location farther away from now on to get better service. read more
