I love Chick-fil-A and come to many locations all over. I have to say this location is the worst I've experienced. I put in a mobile order for 2 Cobb salads. The drive thru has no markings for mobile puck up or order. They told me to pull up to the corner of the building to pick up. Someone else was parked there so we sat and sat. Then a kid came out asking why we parked there explained why, so he had us pull up and park closer to the building. After another 5 minutes another kid asks us why we are parked here. Clearly the sign says Meal Delivery Zone. We gave him our name and he acted confused and went inside. People are cussing and tearing out the lines to leave because food seems to not be coming out. A girl finally comes out rushing and apologizing. After sitting almost a half hour they put my order in and filled it. Somehow they didn't see it. I am deaf and I didn't want to go into the store. They usually have service people standing outside taking orders but I'm guessing it was too early. I bypassed the drive up since I don't voice. I got to the window and showed what I wanted to order from my phone. The young man was very pleasant and patient. I was told the coffee wasn't ready but they had one sitting on the counter. I asked if I could have that one and he informed me it didn't have the type of cream I asked for. And that I would have to wait for a new pot to be made. (Coffee pot takes 8 minutes from start to finish) I told him I would like that coffee instead of waiting. He was nice enough to give me it. So thank you guys for your patience with me at the window. I love Chick-fil-A's original styled chicken sandwich. I think it's the pickles and the way they cook and flavor their chicken that makes it awesome! Recently I went to this location and all if my food came out super fresh and quick. They even asked me if I wanted a pup cup for free. I had no idea they offer whipped cream pup cups and my dog got to enjoy a nice little early holiday treat. I know it's not cheap, but when I want to treat myself with a fast food meal this will be the place! read more

Stopped in while driving through the area. This Chick fil a is still closed for dine in. But they do have three options for picking up your order: drive thru, curbside and inside pick up. We opted to pick up our order inside so we could use the restroom. By the time we got out of the restroom, our order was ready and waiting. My daughter and I had a salad and my husband had a nugget meal. My salad was very large and fresh. Super tasty. Nice job. My husband and daughter both enjoyed their meals also. Their service is always great and the employees are very kind. The only real reason to put 4 stars instead of 5 is the drive thru is set up so you have to drive around the whole building before you can get in line. The food is always a good temperature and the wait isn't very long. However, one morning I arrived for breakfast 10 minutes before they opened so I waited at the end of the drive thru entrance before driving in. When it was opening time, someone had cut through the gap and skipped me in line. That is not the chick fil a way and I am hoping someone let him know that chick fil a serves everyone in a timely fashion so there is no need to maneuver in front of the one other guest there at 6:30 am. read more

Let me preface that I like Chick-fil-A a lot. One of the better fast food restaurants IMO. That said, this is the worst location I have ever been to. Two times we've found plastic fried into the sandwiches. We wrote corporate, and the restaurant owner did send us $20 in gift cards. Problem is, we really don't want to eat at this location anymore. We've been driving to the Grove City location for months which is way out of the way. Yesterday we decided to try this location again as we were nearby and wanted to grab a quick bite. It was around 6:30pm, the restaurant was filthy. Tables a mess, floor a mess. Not what I'm used to with Chick-fil-A, they normally pride themselves with cleanliness. On to the order - my wife wanted a frosted lemonade, I wanted a lemonade. They were out, how do you run out of your signature drink? It's not the first time it's happened here either. I wanted to try the new mac and cheese. Out as well. The food they actually had was good, but once again a poor experience at this location. Stay away from this location. Unlike your normal fast food place being stingy on the sauces, they don't mind giving you as much sauce as you need which is awesome when you and the family love chick-fil-a sauce. I stopped at the Hilliard Chick-fil-A this afternoon around 1:00pm for lunch. This is my go to Chick-fil-A since I live in Hilliard. I thought I'd try the new pimento cheese chicken sandwich they're crowing about on TV. WOW! Truly disappointing. The sandwich photo in their print ads shows a plump chicken breast lying on a bed of jalapeños with a mound of pimento cheese on top of the filet. My sandwich had one lonely jalapeño slice, and maybe a table spoon of pimento cheese spread. IS IT ANY WONDER FAST FOOD CHAINS ARE CURRENTLY BEING SUED FOR FALSE ADVERTISING for the very thing I experienced today. This was certainly not up to the quality standards Chick-fil-A typically provides. I won't be buying this sandwich again, especially for the price, and will take an overall respite from dining at Chick-fil-A for a good while. read more

I love me some chik fil a so it doesn't take a lot to convince me to go, even way out of my neighborhood. So I came to this chik Fil a for a little yelpers breakfast for dinner. This location has a play place, my kids ate the chicken, and apparently they also do kids Events like story times, so this would be a fun place to meet with friends on this side of town for a coffee and play date. My only beef (see what I did there?) was that when I asked the manager for more chicken minis for my husband after our toddler ate hers and his she was like "ok I will but really you're only supposed to have one" and I was like "if you're going to give it to me don't act all begrudging, and if you're not, just say so" so I thought that was kind of flaky, but the location is clean and bright, the kids area is good for walkers and crawlers, and they have a variety of fun events! read more

Everyone else on here seems to love this. And I... just barely like it. Oh, it's fine, and a little better than most fast food. And the chicken itself is very good- juicy, flavorful, etc. Also the staff, as others mentioned, is great. Very friendly; I was even offered a mint after my meal. So 4 stars for service and chicken, 2 for my actual meal. I had the deluxe sandwich combo. I pulled some chicken off the edge, and plain, it was great. As part of the sandwich, meh. The touted waffle fries were mushy and flavorless. The place was spotless. I was looking forward to trying this out (I'm pretty sure it was my first-ever visit to a Chick-Fil-A.) I went to chick fil a today around 4pm. I am newly diagnosed celiac and still learning how to order everything gluten free so I don't get violently ill. I specified while ordering that I had a severe gluten allergy and needed a gluten free bun. I received my order and noticed the bun looked super grainy so I asked once again if they could clarify whether or not It was okay and gluten free. The girl and guy working drive through window took a closer look and said "yeah! It has a sticker. It's gluten free!" I was still hesitant because I've heard gluten free buns come in separate packaging but I was willing to take their word. My boyfriend insisted that I play it safe and get a third opinion so I walked in and asked the cashiers at front. They provided AMAZING service and told me I didn't receive what I ordered. They fixed the order and, I believe her name was Ameera, or something very similar, but her customer service was super on point!! She came over to talk while I was waiting and was so apologetic for what happened, despite it being completely out of her hands. I would have ended up very sick with intestinal damage had she not been quick to verify what I ordered and have it fixed. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your kindness, positivity, and phenomenal customer service!!! She deserves 5 stars!!! But, please try to train other staff on the importance of knowing the difference. read more

I hate to be the one that doesn't write a 5-star review of Chick-Fil-A, but I'm disappointed more times than not when I come here. I *maybe* get napkins with my to-go order 1 out of 10 times in my bag. They always pack my bag so full that I can't roll the top down and my fries (or anything else on top that should be warm), gets cold in my 3-minute drive home. Just splitting it into 2 bags would help keep things warm. Tonight, after waiting for 10 minutes in their never-ending (but usually fast moving) drive-thru line, they were out of the one thing I REALLY wanted - spicy chicken.
