Terrible costumer service. Me and my boyfriend went earlier today and got a strawberry shake and a chocolate sundae. It must have been a new guy on the register but I can't see why they hired him with his attitude. He gave me my food and I had to shove my card in his face before he remembered I never payed. When he gave me my card back I asked him for a spoon, because when he handed me our food he only gave us 1 straw. He looked at me very rudely and in an annoyed tone he said "I gave you a straw though?". Why would I want to use a straw for my sundae lol? He was very annoyed and gave me a spoon belligerently. 02/26/24 I had a shake, burger and fries. Got the lady a shake and chicken fingers. Had to call out of work for 2 days because of food poisoning. Almost put in the hospital. Would not recommend to anyone. Also contacting the health departmen. read more

Worst service ever at a DQ. Ordered small root beer float. Thrust overfilled cup out window, root beer sloshing everywhere. Spilled on my husband, employee mutters something about too much ice cream. We circled around to ask for it to be poured in a larger cup. No, they can't do that, but they will give us a cup. Great. Clear dome lid that if you remove, will dump the root beer all over us, if you don't remove, you can't get the ice cream out. Hubby had to get out, do the dumping in the grass and then wash his hands. I'm sure their absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE of any kind was due to how busy they were. Oh that's right. Very poor customer service. We went through the drive-thru and the person taking our order was very rude and impatient. They also had ignored the last part of our order and left something off. When we got to the window an equally rude person gave us our food, with a very poor attitude. We probably won't be going back, Sonic has better service across the street. read more

Truly awful experience! We ordered two chicken finger baskets and blizzards through the drive thru. My mini blizzard was served 3/4s of the way full. I asked them to please fill it up some more... I mean if I'm paying for a mini it should be that much Ice cream! We then waited 15 for our food. Checked it... realized they didn't include our sauce. Went back in, got out sauce. Then realized we didn't get fries!! Went back in... waited another 15 minutes because they had to cook them. Then the guy gave me only one order of fries. I had to again tell them we were supposed to have two orders of fries. So incredibly frustrating! Whoever runs this establishment should be ashamed. read more

Stay away from this place. Went in today to get a birthday cake and our 6 year old grandson wanted a shake. We ordered and while waiting, the manager comes in from outside and yells to the back at another employee and says, "there's some woman out here that wants to throw down with you", well, all employees went out into the parking lot to yell at and threaten an older disabled woman, who was on a cane. Customers were left standing around, not being waited on. We had already paid or we would have immediately left. The manager just kept running around yelling for the doors to be locked, very unprofessional for sure, there was a man and woman in the restaurant, cooking and waiting on customer, who didn't even work there and they had a baby with them, behind the counter and in the kitchen. Eventually these employees finished threatening a disabled customer and came back in, we told them to give us the cake we paid for, that we didn't need anything written on it, we just wanted to get out of that place. The entire thing was because the lady came back and told them she didn't get the food she paid for and they refused to replace the food because she didn't have a receipt, well guess what, they never gave us a receipt either. The doors on this establishment should be locked until there is a new manager and all new employees. This was a dangerous situation, created by the manager. Will never go back and recommend for others to stay away! Just wish I could give them an honest review, it would be a -20. read more

Do you like waiting forever for cold treats on a hot summer day? If staffing was better here, that wouldn't be a problem. Several times has there been only 2 employees working this Diary Queen during a rush. Recently I went into the drive-thru at 9:55pm realizing they close at 10pm to pick up a last minute ice cream sundae. One sundae. Easy order. Was told they were closed. I tried to let them know if wasn't quite 10pm but they didn't care. Sad really. Im done with this establishment. I'll go to Sonic across the street from now on since they have it "together". read more

Horrible. I ordered a birthday cake and they spelled "Birthday " wrong! When I pointed it out they told me they'd "fix" it. It was an absolute mess and looked like a two year old decorated it - absolutely nothing like the one I ordered - ugly and embarrassing! When I said I would rather have a plain, undecorated cake, I was told that I had to purchase the one they messed up. Never again. Don't take the chance here! read more

I'd usually never turn down a hot fudge sundae from DQ, but this one has changed my mind. I have never experienced such terrible service from any fast food restaurant. Not only do they refuse to answer the drive through speaker (after repeatedly having to say "hello?", but you pull up to the drive through window to find not one but ALL FIVE employees standing there not doing a dang thing. Then after watching the girl take our order turn around and run her mouth to her coworker instead of making our icecream, we waited 15 minutes for it (which half my family couldn't get what they ordered because they were out of everything or "sorry our machine is broken"). Whoever the owner of this location is needs to know how terrible his/her place is being run. It's embarrassing. If I could give this DQ negative stars I would. read more
