I just wanted to pop on here and leave a review for this location, as it is well deserved. The kids and I were at the UPS store a few stores down doing Amazon returns and of course I was met with their cries of hunger moments later. I had never heard of Fat Shack, as we just moved here but as we were walking by, honestly headed to Smashburger, a sign on Fat Shack caught his eye, stating that on the store anniversary (the 15th) you can get a milkshake for 15 cents! I wanted to check out the flower/gift store next door first before eating so as we continued on our way, a man ran out and explained to us about the poster and how every month on the 15th he was going to choose an item to be 15 cents for that day. I thought it was really great to see such a go-getter attitude, you don't see that much these days (usually just get the millennial stare when ordering anything nowadays haha). I digress, after going to the flower/gift shop, I asked the kids if they still wanted Smashburger or wanted to try Fat Shack, especially after meeting the nice man. They enthusiastically replied Fat Shack! We went inside and the guy chatted to us about the menu and even obliged my request for bacon and jalapeños to be added to my cheese fries. He heard the kids liked milkshakes, and gave them a little cup to try the chocolate flavor out and totally spoiled us by also letting us taste the fried Oreos and funnel cake bites. They have coloring books and crayons for kids too which my daughter loved. To top it all off, my son, who in his own mind, is a burger connoisseur, declared his cheeseburger from here Top 2 in best burgers he's ever had (sorry, I don't think anything will ever knock in n out from its golden spot for him haha) so that really is sayin somethin! Read literally any 3 of my hundreds of restaurant reviews, and you'll know I'm not averse to fatty food. Let's get this over with: my Fat Shack sandwich was perhaps the worst sandwich I've ever had. Fat Shack is proud of their Shark Tank association; I read without surprise that Mark Cuban was the one who invested. Halfway though the meal, our opinion was just the opposite. My wife and I ordered a "Munchie Madness Platter" ($18) - mac-n-cheese bites, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken fingers - and everything, including the sauces, was good! That was the high water mark. One bite into my half of the Fat Chance sandwich ($17), and my opinion of Fat Shack started falling like a rock. Soggy, greasy french fries for filler. Plenty of dried-out bread in every bite - that is, except for the outside, which was completely covered in sauce, making the edges soggy. Chicken fingers that didn't seem to belong there at all (live and learn). A single bite where I tasted the jalapeno popper. I was fine with the cheesesteak, but my wife thought it was awful. I ate most of my half of the sandwich, but felt disgusted for hours. Take this to the bank: I will never eat another Fat Shack sandwich. Finally: I know it' has been normalized, but that doesn't make it right to ask for a tip before any service has been provided. It's a total hostage situation. Did my refusal to participate result in a shoddy sandwich? Sadly, that's the best-case scenario. Otherwise, Fat Shack is doomed, because one the newness wears off, they'll still be serving remarkably bad sandwiches. read more

You can tell right away that the restaurant has been refreshed--everything was super clean and had a great vibe. The burgers were incredible--easily some of the best we've had in Loveland. Everyone in our group agreed! On top of that, the new owner was so kind and genuinely hospitable, which made the whole experience even better. So glad to see this place thriving under new ownership. This place is decadent! I love to eat here and would do it more often except that I try to eat healthy due to dietary restrictions. Fat Shack is just the perfect stop for a late night snack or anytime really. I recommend their burgers and deep fried Oreos! If you get you get it! So good! It was my husband and my first time here and we're not disappointed. We got a little spread so we could try everything. Our favorite was the buffalo wings, the mozzarella sticks and the Mac n cheese bites. Customer service was great. The 2 guys were really friends and brought our food out to us as it was cooked so everything was hot and fresh. We ended up sharing an Oreo shake and again was not disappointed. I went in with grandson to give the place a try. The food was excellent but the service was amazing. Turns out the owner was taking care of us. Explained his menu and even took the time to engage with me and my grand son. Food was cooked quickly and was so good. Like I said, the food was really good but the service was top notch. Food is pretty good. I definitely would recommend going to the Fort Collins location instead, though. Our order took 15 minutes longer than it was supposed to, and our mac and cheese bites had little black spots all over them. Wouldn't have paid 8 bucks for them if I knew they'd turn out that way. We also went inside when we were supposed to pick it up, and it wasn't ready, but they didn't give us any kind of update at all. Just kinda let us awkwardly stand there for another 15 minutes at 1am. It didn't seem busy, either. They also wouldn't answer the phones. Just overall not great experience, but, again, tasty, greasy food that hits the spot in the middle of the night. Took my family there from Chicago they loved it as well it's a burrito with so much goodness inside. You can choose to eat there it's a little small but comfortable. the price wasn't bad at all either my family will be going there continuously I hope there was a Fat Shack closer to where we live but the drive is worth it read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First time we ordered food from here it was soggy and cold at pick up. Second order from here there was a hair in our Oreos. Tonight I decided to give them a third chance by ordering my teenager dinner. Over an hour after paying for this order on DoorDash I realize this store hasn't even started preparing my sons food. I call the Loveland restaurant to ask them to check. Dude was rude, unhelpful and didn't even offer to check his DoorDash orders. He just tells me "we're not taking an more orders", when at the time of my phone call they still had an hour left to be open which says I placed the order 2 hrs before closing. Sad to say this place only hire punks who have no idea what work ethic is. Tisk, tisk, tisk! 3 strikes you're out! Did I mention I paid for this meal that my kid didn't get and now I have to wait 2-6 days to get my money back. What a waste of space for an establishment lol read more

Called to order and was told I had to order on the app so I did. Easy order...2 Philly cheesesteaks...1 with peppers and onions. Went in to pick up the order, neither worker had a mask on or gloves. Got home to eat and one cheesesteak had no cheese and both had peppers and onions. Skimpy cheesesteak portions as well. Wow! What a disappointment. I have ti say hands down this is the best burger i have have in the last year or 2 the fries cut cooked and seasoned to perfection and the delicious milk shake! Josh absolutely kills it literally every time we're in. This is my favorite spot to eat late almost entirely because when Josh is working, he brings such an infectiously positive energy to everything he does and every interaction with us. He's just such a homie. I smacked the soda machine cause I broke something and was trying to fix it, and ended up breaking it even worse. Soda was spraying everywhere, I felt like such a tool, but my man Josh swooped in and saved the day. He handled it like a champ, helped us clean up, fixed the machine in half a second and still got us our food in record time. Josh is an absolute king. HORRIBLE customer servIce. I kissed my boyfriend while we were looking at the menu and the cashier cursed at us saying to order before we started making out. We went with our friends and of course we were laughing because we were having a good night and then the same guy got upset and called us "jackoffs" for laughing. I ordered from this location and I overpaid my driver, before I could even get off the elevator he had called me back on the phone told me I paid him too much. To get an honest kid like this they must have a pretty good team in place I'd recommend them to anybody. And btw their food is amazing! read more

The fries were soo good and there were a lot of them. Very fresh and the Honey Jalapeño Mustard dipping sauce that the staff recommended was delicious. Burger was fresh and very good. I just ordered from DoorDash and it was such a disappointing experience. I ordered the single burger and it came with mustard on it even though the description did not include mustard, the burger was extremely pink and did not taste good and the foil that it was wrapped in smelled like mildew and made me nauseous every time I tried to take a bite. Is Fat Shack healthy? No. Does it taste good? Yes!! And they cool stuff when you order and the cost is good. The portions are pretty big. I'm can eat some food and a large sandwich is two meals. They embrace what it is, a shack that makes you fat. But damn it tastes good. And even if you like to be healthy (which I do) there is nothing wrong with a cheat day. read more

Ordered food for delivery through a third party. Gave instructions as well as called in to let them know I wanted sauce on the side. Food arrived in the insulated bag all wrapped up with no side of sauce. It also appeared at first glance that the mozzarella sticks I had paid extra for were missing but under further inspection I did find them but there was only one. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman Chris who was one of the managers and he argued with me that it was in the bag and made correctly and that quote "he can't help if other people half ass their job." Also said "it must have fallen out in her car." Really it fell out of the zipped insulated bag? Hmm..that's pretty incredible. Customer service means a lot to me. So after him taking absolutely no responsibility and doing less than nothing I said I would handle it with the third party and see if they could help me. This place is ridiculous. I tried to call the store, because the DoorDash app would not allow me to add strawberry sauce. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR OVER 20 MINUTES. I was able to reach the doordash driver to see if she could have them add it. I was put on the phone with the manager. Who yelled at me, that if I opened my eyes, I would see the sauce in the app. The sauce is not an option. At all. As free. As a charge. It does not exist. How rude, and disrespectful. You have lost a customer. What a terrible way to serve people. Especially after spending 30$. read more
