Every ( and I mean every one) table was unclean, food particles, open condiment wrappers , used /unused napkins, actually on tables and floor. I cleaned our table so we had a clean place to sit to enjoy our meal. I did note, everyone whom Entered after us had to do the same routine of clearing/cleaning their own tables. We would think with 4-6 young adults standing by behind the counter, with two actually standing outside of the counter area, near the door chatting away with a group of friends for as long as it took for us to clean our table, eat our meal with a toddler and clean up or area.... Someone would have had time for sanitation of tables and possibly a broom for the floor ? Don't recall seeing a manger during our visit or maybe with the lack of supervision/drive/instruction/organization... I just didn't recognize them . I just think it's a terrible shame, with only just having renovated this establishment and the rising costs to eat here.. to have to come into an unkempt, unsanitary dinning room and the employees left to do as they will. Not sure how long the nice new look will last under this way of management...

I have fond memories of my Arby's sandwich with a squirt of Horsey sauce and ketchup and a Jamoca (coffee flavored) shake. On a recent trip, I decided to dine inside. I was indeed impressed, it was super clean, the dining room was open and airy....It's not the Arby's of my youth for certain. The staff was efficient and busy in both the front and in the kitchen. After I received my order, I made my way to the condiment area and was again impressed by the cleanliness. As you know and may have experienced at other establishments, napkins and melting ice or remnants of ketchup, but not here.....Clean as a whistle and stocked to the hilt. I added several photos so that you can see what I mean. I opted for a medium sandwich combo. Though the fries were nice, I wasn't really that into them (curly) and next time will opt out. My sandwich was stuffed full, but I have to comment that the gal whom took my order made a comment to the kitchen staff that was not well received. However, her comment produced a fat roast sandwich. I did notice that Arby's offers all kinds of items, not just roast beef that they have been serving for over 35 years ( I'm not sure how long, but I've been eating them for over 35..sooooooooo).
