As we reviewed the posted menu, the friendly employees helpfully offered a vital detail: some offerings aren't available after a certain time unless you order through the app. I downloaded the app and reset my password because the price difference made it worthwhile. Unfortunately that extra time meant our order was significantly delayed. We waited an extra 30 minutes beyond when it said it was supposed to be ready for pickup before asking how much longer. When we did get our food about ten minutes later, it was classic DQ and everything I love about DQ. Chili dog, fries, sundae, and onion rings all hit the spot just right. Absolutely awful experience. They refused to sell extra toppings on the side (seriously?), then acted like I was the inconvenience. Staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly only cared about repeating that the lobby was closing in 30 minutes instead of actually providing basic customer service. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. Food sucked. Service sucked. The whole vibe was "hurry up and leave." They will always try to make you pull forward no matter how big your order is. Once they've pulled you forward, they have incentive to take as long as possible with your order and sometimes they even forget about it. Lazy employees. Can't be bothered to post a "Lobby Closed" sign that is clearly visible from the car. Instead they have a big open sign and lobby hours listed (see pic). Lobby was unlocked but I was told it was closed after I parked and walked in and was also told I couldn't use their restroom when I walked that way. I asked them to please put up a sign that the lobby is closed after waiting through a long drive through line that was nonexistent before I parked and went inside. One thing I can say about dairy queen, they have the best ice cream around! One menu item that always is good, large chocolate covered swirl ice cream cone! The burgers they sell are not too bad, can get pricey but I'd say they are comparable to most burgers in that price range. Only thing I'd say they could improve on is making the ice cream cones consistently the same way. Sometimes you get the epic ones with the trademark D shape on top and other times it's a leaning tower of chocolate or vanilla mess. Enjoy with napkins! read more

ok. me and my brother went there to get ice cream, their machine was freezing so they had us pull up to the front of the building. Waited a half hour nobody showed up and we saw other people get their ice cream we went inside. they just didn't bring it to us and gave us our 30 minute old ice cream or was completely melted. didn't even offer to make a new one with our basically milkshake. or say sorry . This is my fave Dairy Queen in the area! Service varies on shift. I enjoy coming in during the day. Lately every time I come in the store is clean, unless they were busy, but management seems to always have someone cleaning or is quick to get it done after a rush. I've visited around 6 or 7 times in the last month for my lunch and I am pleased to see the changes. Two girls there who I think are the PIC's during the day are fantastic! So sweet. So helpful. The one girl with the tattoos on her arms is always smiling and always trying to make our visit go better. I don't know what's happening but we see you Dairy Queen day shift! I saw a pic of the creamsicle dipped cone on FB and was dying for one! Today was my day! I was ready to indulge so I ordered a large cone! So I get to the window and there she has it in her hands...its sleeping icecream..its thin and light orange...I say, "oh! It doesnt look like the picture! I think you need to stir the dip!" To which she replies, "this is how it is" in her annoyed voice. I go further by asking if she can dip it again, nope. I say, "maybe it didnt get dipped long enough?" The people who work here are so polite and nice. The owner, however, makes them tell the drive-thru customers to park in the nearby parking lot after they pay, and then they have to walk out and bring them their food. EVERY TIME. EVEN IF there is no one in the drive-thru line behind them and even if that customer's food is like 30 seconds away from being done. It is ridiculous. I do not like having to drive around and park every time I go here. It makes me feel, as a customer, that I am in the way, that I am inconveniencing them (even though the workers are nice) and it looks like we had a huge order or something. I literally get my daughter a mini blizzard (sometimes) and an order of onion rings after practice. And it probably takes longer. When the order is ready instead of handing it out the window, they have to trek it over to me. So silly and unnecessary. If a person does have a huge order or ordered something that takes a while to make AND the line is long, then they are asked to pull ahead and wait. That's fine. If I could give it a zero I would worst service ever sat outside for a curb side order had to call the store for them to tell me they didn't have an order for me, then told me it had been ready for like 15-20 (like really just sitting there) was told if I wanted my prefer to come in and get it.. Went through drive thru for a blizzard before the long drive I had ahead of me. My mom and I were sharing the blizzard and she fed me bites while I drove. We got the royal cheesecake blizzard in a medium and I paid for extra cheesecake pieces. While getting fed spoonfuls from my mom I asked her where all the strawberries were and she said she didn't know. We got to the bottom third of the blizzard and it was nothing but strawberries. I was having lunch with my granddaughters today and during our meal a homeless gentleman came in and an employee offered him something to drink. Then after he got his drink she asked if he was hungry and that she would buy him a burger.
