My daughter came home from a volleyball game and before heading home stopped at this dairy queen. she says that she was locked in by a young female worker with dark hair and face piercings, she then got her food and asked for a drink carrier. when she asked for the drink carrier the young female worker was very disrespectful and even audibly voiced that she was bothered by my daughter asking for a drink carrier. My daughter also said that she asked to be let out and was yelled at. Both her and her friend said they felt disrespected and I understand working in fast food can be demanding but disrespecting 15 year old girls is not ok. Remember what "ice cream" is? Know what it's supposed to taste like? Even "soft serve" though a pathetic excuse for ice cream used to be edible. Stopped in a few weeks ago, had a Sundae. The "soft serve" or whatever the hell it is they use wasn't anything close to ice cream. Even disguised with over sweet sauce, whipped cream and nuts it remained pathetic. Worst customer service EVER!!!!! Went there on our way back to Boise and ordered a 6 piece of chicken and fries and a 4 piece and fries, 2 burgers, a hotdog, a 2 extra fries. Got the window and paid 36. 11 and the receipt showed 2 4 piece strips w/ fries, 4 additional fries and the rest of our order. Waited 17 minutes at the window and we received 4 fries (but we paid for 6) and only 8 strips. We got Aime's attention and she came to the window and yelled what do you want with a super attitude. We asked her about our receipt and she looks at my husband and said you're just mad because you only got 8 pieces. She rolls her eyes and handed us 2 pieces of chicken. My boyfriend and I were on our way to Seattle and decided to make a quick sweet stop. The line to the drive through was ridiculously long and took forever so we parked and went inside instead. We both got a medium shake, mine was strawberry cheesecake and his was something like oreo chocolate mint. It was so yummy but they actually put a lot of cheesecake in mine. Stopped at Dairy Queen on the way back in from the hike and the family got lunch, and I don't know who runs this place now but it is being driven straight into the ground from the looks of it. Looks run down on the outside, and judging from the people working inside the place no one gives a damn what goes on. I avoided eating here, but everyone got something. The food was terribly slow to come out and one person had to finally walk up and ask where there food was because it was taking so long. As we were walking out my son asked for a Blizzard and we waited behind another woman who had already been waiting for a few minutes. We waited while four girls were off to the left side making items and laughing and talking and every once in a while one of the four would look over but never said anything to us. Finally after five minutes e girl on drive thru finally came over and took the ladies order and as she did I was watching another girl make a blizzard, wipe the outside of the cup with the spoon then dip it in the blizzard and then watched her drag her finger across the outside of the cup taking excess ice cream off of it and then eat it off her finger and then hand it right out the window to a customer. I looked at my son and said, "I will buy you anything somewhere else, I am not buying a damn thing here again."
