I find the dough a bit thick and bland for my liking on the larger pizzas, but the cheese bread varieties (pesto, jalapeño popper, regular) hit the spot every time. They have a nice beer selection, wonderful salad bar and the kids always enjoy the games. Service is always great. The pizza is has a lot of crust. It might be one thing if the crust was at least seasoned like a breadstick but it's just plain dry crust. The prices are a bit high. I ordered a pizza there and the sundried tomatoes were completely black so I had to pick them off. If someone is already paying a lot please dont serve them a pizza with charcoal black topping. Live in eastern Oregon and you really have to strain to find a good place to eat. So let's focus on the pizza business. Very few and far between are the dedicated to simply making pizza joints. You just don't see those tucked away somehow dimly lite yet sparkling with allure of an old pinball machine hungry for its next quarter. As a kid I remember spending precious time in such places.Wasting mom and dads spare change in that secluded but fantastical arcade section. And when that hot pie hit the table you somehow sensed it was time to feast. Final Cut pizza gives me that feeling again. Not only do you get lost in the constantly changing movie poster boards but the lighting is perfect. Clean and crisp little arcade section that calls to that inner child and pies that absolutely melt in your mouth. I'm taking in upon myself to call this the best pizza joint in eastern Oregon and don't bother arguing until you've been there. Beers on tap awesome people and THE CRUST! Don't you dare throw that crust away it would be a sin. To top this review off I'd like to say I've never been there and not experienced an amazing staff who deliver with great attitude. Dan and I told each other that we had the best pizza there on March 27, 2025, that we could remember eating in La Grande. It was our perfect pizza. We ordered "The Everything," with spicy marinara and thin crust, plus we both had a small salad. We had been hesitant to try their pizza because we had an experience with being treated unfavorably by a waitress from the prior ownership, and we walked out. Our server was excellent, friendly, and attentive. The salad bar was excellent, including a large tub of mixed greens! What a gem! Stopped in this town on our road trip across the Northwest to finally sleep in a bed. We were craving a classic combo, pizza and beer. But of course, it needed to be local, and what's more fitting than a place with Local in the title? It certainly was that. A charming atmosphere that you could tell was crafted over time by the family that owns it. With personalized seat cushions you can pick out, karaoke, a Pac-Man arcade game, and colorful plates glued to the ceiling there was always something interesting to look at. All of these items, you could tell, were community focused, and they did whatever they wanted to! It's fun! The pizza was hearty and the toppings fresh. HUGE pepperoni rings and large cuts of ham. The dough was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's not soaked in butter and garlic and oil like some, so you can actually taste the freshness of the dough. They offer you extra sauce, parmesan, etc. The service was wonderful and friendly. Most of the guests that arrived were clearly local regulars, and were warmly greeted. They also have a small patio up front surrounded by a fence with foliage. This is worth the stop for the atmosphere, the beer, and a classic slice. Plenty of parking in the lot out front. read more

This place was so bad, it was good. The flashing PIZZA sign in front gives you great hope of finding that hidden gem, but the name just says it all. This is by no means a pizzeria. It's as the name says, an eatery. I ordered cheese twists and a queen margherita pizza. The highlight was definitely the twists; tasty breadstick like dough logs with cheese melted in and a nice crispy burnt on cheese bottom. Now, take that dough and apply it to the pizza and what do you have? A crust that got its inspiration from Wonder Bread. The crust under the melted cheese was almost inedible. Underdone, bready, and nothing more than a device to absorb the oil runoff from the cheese and the super bland pizza sauce. The crust around the edge was pretty good; as breadsticks. The cheese was decent tasting with almost the right amount of stretch & snap. But, in a weird way, it was overly satisfying. Would I ever order from here again? Not in your life. Just overly bland and not really pizza. In fact, they have a bunch of crazy combinations that look pretty good, but sit on one of the worst crusts I have ever tasted. The crust was thick had no crunch, and the pizza was soft overall. I was eating more of a half cold sandwich then a hot crispy za. My toppings were thick but the dough and cheese was undercooked. As we were passing through Oregon we stopped in La Grande for the night. We pulled up Yelp and found this place close to where we were staying. It had good reviews, was close, and who doesn't like pizza? We ordered a couple craft beers, of which there were plenty to choose and perused the menu. We were disappointed to find a plethora of choices. I say disappointed because when you're as hungry as we were, making a decision on these many delicious combinations is damn near torturous. The friendly server recommended the "El Jefe", a Mexican style pizza and splitting it with "The Everything"since we were having such a hard time making a decision. So with her suggestion we ordered the half and half. We were not disappointed in the least. The pizza was very good. We did not choose anything from the impressive salad bar, however, if we get a chance to return, we will make a point to. They don't dethrone my current pizza champ (I'll review another time) but they came close. This place looks and feels like a family oriented pizza joint with a friendly and attentive staff.
