I brought the kids to eat a quick meal. The worker dude was nice, patient, and helpful despite our indecisiveness on which flavor of ice cream to get. When my daughter called to complain She was basically called a liar by two separate employees (a woman and a man employee). Another employee with the Spanish accent was apologetic but seemed to side with the employees who were claiming that my daughter was lying. I have a photo of some of the peanuts that I pulled out of the blizzard. It was dangerous to put peanuts in my blizzard and it was incredibly rude to deny it. Where to start..... the majority of the staff barely understand English, my order is almost always wrong, and this location has no way to bail out of the drive thru if you change your mind and there's a car already behind you. Often this location is forgotten by supply, that was the case today, I wanted to try the cake batter cookie dough blizzard, but they not only ran out of the stuff, they never got the base, so it wouldn't have tasted the way it was supposed to. I honestly think this location needs to be given a makeover or a detailed inspection by corporate. I love DQ! But this location has shown constant, frequent disregard for public safety during the pandemic. Their kitchen is in direct line of sight to the drive thru and literally EVERY time I have given them a chance during the pandemic in the past few years, the team behind the kitchen is either not wearing masks properly or hanging them beneath their face. Today was no different. I wouldn't have posted this if it hadn't been multiple times. I'm glad to have a DQ in our town. I just wish it showed care for our community. Their disregard for current regulations regarding masks has been disappointing to say the least. If that's their approach to food safety in the heat of an Omicron surge, I hate to think what other corners they cut in this business regarding food safety. I would avoid this location for now.
