The cashier very polite and friendly. DQ isn't what it used to be. Don't get me wrong, the ice cream is delicious, and the chicken tenders have never done me wrong. But the classic blizzard flip is a joke. The driver thru cashier flipped the cup for 0.5 sec and gave it to us. The blizzard was melty. If I'm going to spend $15-20 on melty ice cream, might as well go get some from the store. I see why this place gets so many bad reviews. We come here all the time and I swear anytime I have a coupon on the app to save a buck or two, they freaking charge my cards before the coupon . And they give me the " oh Um I charged the card already so I can't give you the coupon". It's like I tell you at the speaker I have a coupon and you still make the mistake?! I think it's pretty easy to complain about fast food and service, so I really wanted to commend this location with the customer service that I received. I pulled up to the drive-through and right away my newborn started crying and the staff was really sweet and patient with me. When I pulled up to the window I explained that I needed to tend to my newborn and the young lady told me I could park while they finish preparing my food and they would bring it out to me. Usually it's the other way around where you're ready for your food, but they make you park and I really appreciated this reverse gesture. I was able to calm my son and the guy who brought my food out was awesome, very polite, and sweet. I'll definitely go out of my way to come directly to this location. read more

I came to order a blizzard like how I usually do, this time it was 15 mins before closing as soon as I get to the drive thru I can already notice attitude through where you order so I placed the order exactly how I wanted it and they said they weren't able to leave one of three scoops of ice cream on my banana split plain. So i decided to make it all pineapple, by the time I pulled up to the window (like 5 seconds later) I had changed my mind and ask politely if they can switch the pineapple syrup (only) to chocolate syrup(only). The employee at the window said she couldn't replace it because it was about the time they start closing up the store so she didn't want to. I asked politely again because I was staring at the unfinished banana split with no syrup on it and she has switched her answer to I can't remake it because we are trying to cut down on waste now. I then asked her if I can talk to the manager and asked the same questions just to make sure and the manager said can either add chocolate syrup over the pineapple syrup or add the chocolate syrup over the pineapple syrup and then charge me for it. I had let her know I wanted no pineapple what so ever and she couldn't do it so I just asked for a refund. She gave me a refund but the whole point of them not wanting to remake the banana split was because they didn't want to waste food, but with me getting my refund they wasted a blizzard and a banana split in the end and a disappointed customer who's time was wasted. Today I ordered a shake as I always do and asked for no whip cream. I always ask for a cup with a lid because my two year old drinks it in the car and I don't want her to spill.
