Although my order took a little longer than usual, I honestly didn't mind one bit thanks to the amazing service I received. The lady working the front counter--Allie--was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. She made the wait feel like no big deal. I have been getting fruity pebble blizzards at the other dairy queen locations for a few weeks now, and I came to this unfortunate location to get one tonight because it happened to be closest. Ordered a mini fruity pebble blizzard at the drive thru and was met with the employee saying they only come in smalls so we assume they mean they are out of mini sized cups. We waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line only for them to hand us fruity pebble MILKSHAKES at the window. As to not hold up the poor people who had already been waiting behind us for an eternity, we went back inside with the receipt and what were NOT dairy queen blizzards to get our order fixed. When I was met with an employee at the front counter and expressed the error with our order, he said they just simply don't do that. He explained kindly how they just don't have a button for it on the computer. However I cannot fathom what lack of simple customer service prevents someone from figuring out a way to make something as simple as a cup of ice cream with some fruity pebbles in it. I understand that may take some going out of your way, but what would have taken you maximum 30 extra seconds of effort (if that!) is now earning you a one star review. You may think this is a stupid discrepancy between a blizzard and a milkshake, but in the blizzard the fruity pebbles are delicious and crunchy, the milkshake is a sorry soggy too-sweet condensation through a straw disaster. If it had been explained originally as well that a fruity pebble blizzard "does not exist" rather than just giving us the wrong item, that would have also been appreciated. So sue me if all I wanted at the end of my long day was a fruity pebbled blizzard, and all i was met with was lack-luster customer service and some soggy cereal. read more

My boyfriend and I went inside to order us ice cream. We had to stand and wait for someone for over 5 minutes when there was plenty of people to help us. The lady who finally helped us was absolutely rude towards us. gave us a lot of attitude and then ended up giving us not what we ordered. We ordered a mini royal choco brownie. And got something peanut butter. We didn't realize it until we had already left the store and didn't feel like going back in to deal with that lady again since she was so rude. It was absolutely ridiculous how we were treated immediately after walking in the door. customers Should not be treating people this way. And it's not the first time she's been like that to people. We came multiple times before and got the same treatment from her. Edit: their manager responded and seems like they don't care about their customers experience. All she did was apologize for my experience. And there was no effort to fix it. Especially when it's not the first time the employees have been absolutely rude to their customers. read more

Just got food from Dairy Queen. Yes, it was a little bit close to close, like 30 min, but that's what you should expect from a fast food place. Plus it's always busy from 9-10. The service was terrible. Gave us the total when we weren't even done ordering, and then when we got up to the window, he didn't even tell us the total, and didn't even ask if we wanted the receipt. As soon as he closed the window, he had no problem talking and laughing with his co-workers. Very unprofessional. Even if you have a bad attitude, you're still supposed to fake it for the guest. I work in food industry so I know how it goes. Also, they say that if you don't turn the blizzard upside down, which he didn't, you're supposed to get it for free right? So where's my free blizzard? I had just got done door dashing. It was a great night and I wanted to end the night with a blizzard. This is the only DQ open till 10:30 PM. So I drove on over and arrived at 10:18 PM. The drive thru lights were off and the front doors were locked already. There were workers inside and ignored me. My husband went here to purchase us blizzards tonight, they had trouble with my salted caramel truffle blizzard and apparently it kept breaking the cup, so according to him it took a while. They gave him a coupon for the inconvenience...here's the kicker...I started eating my blizzard and there was maybe 5 pieces of the chocolate chunks, give or take. He also ordered and paid for extra candy, it should've had enough to have them in every other bite. I don't like plain chocolate ice cream and this just infuriated me, if they couldn't put the candy in it because it was an issue they should've just refunded him, nothing pisses me off more than spending money on something that I have to throw away because of their error. read more

First off....my GRILLED chicken sandwich wasn't grilled, it was microwaved and tasted like chewy rubber. When I asked for some dipping sauce I was told that I would have to pay them 48 cents extra. It was a busy afternoon in the drive thru - apparently not just my office was having a bad day! The cashier asked me if I wanted a carrier, lids, then asked me if I wanted a water? Nice touch! Always a long wait. Today I was in line 25 minutes. I ordered a cheeseburger and malt. I had a coupon for a cheeseburger and shake. They would not take the coupon because I said malt instead of shake. They are the same price on the menu. read more

Very slow service had to wait for 20 min for 2 Blizzards and PB Parfait and Misty Splash. Staff was not very friendly either.

Average location. Same as all the others. This one does have the grill though with burgers and fries. My reason for 2 stars is they let w family with several children come in with no shirts and no shoes and that's just gross when I'm trying to eat. Got a couple of blizzards at 9 pm so it wasn't busy, we got our order quickly and the drive through cashier Mitchell was super helpful!

Slow, very unfriendly service, had to request out hot fudge sundaes twice before finally getting them. Employees all seem unhappy!
