Went with the local Cornhusker's beer which was one of two local beers on tap and then five wings, bone in, with chipotle blueberry sauce. It was pretty good and the blue cheese was serviceable. I didn't hate it. I've certainly had worse. Had I not eaten dinner earlier and elsewhere I would have definitely indulged more. Their menu was about 10 pages deep. Everyone raves about their onion rings. It looked tempting but it sounded like a terrible heartburn that I didn't really want keeping me up all night. So I opted for the wings. Bartender was super nice. It was only about 10 people in the place. They were watching the MLB playoffs which they had over the loudspeaker. I was there for NFL. Another great experience with this franchise and probably one of my favorite wing restaurants now. It took a few minutes for a server to reach us, and I think there was an issue because of a large party. The server we were originally assigned was not happy to have to take our table and went to complain to the hostess. Another server took care of us and was very friendly, but wasn't the fastest at table service. I went with the boneless Cajun wings that were delicious along with a side Caesar salad. Probably the best boneless wings in comparison to a few other restaurants in the area. The chicken was juicy and packed with Cajun seasoning. Our booth was clean as well as the restroom. Tonight was yet another lackluster performance of service and food. The table was sticky, plus waters, silverware and our French Fries were forgotten about. DISCLAIMER!! i'm usually pretty flexible with servers because i have been one before. i have never wanted to write a review so bad in my life. we decided to go here for my sisters 21st birthday 12.1.22 since her and her boyfriend get takeout from them often and LOVE it. we were excited and it was great in the beginning. we got the appetizer pretty quick and it was hot! (it wasn't busy at all) then we ordered our main food and it took about 30-40 mins to get our food it was hot and fresh but it should not take that long to get our food. (also didn't bring out any requested sauces had to ask multiple times) my other sister got fish and chips and they didn't even bring out tartar sauce.... we had to ask for it and it took 10 MINUTES. i'm sorry 10 minutes for a small thing of tartar sauce? after requesting for it again. while eating the waitress only checked on us once. and that was after we were all done eating. we had 2 sides of ranch (they give big proportions) they charge $2.00 per thing of ranch. i could have bought my own ranch at walmart for cheaper. i got the MVP chicken sandwich because of the "spicy mayo" in the description... it wasn't spicy at all. tasted like regular mayo the restaurants vibe is cool and easy to watching husker games (there are a lot of tv's) the best thing that happened at that dinner was a free birthday dessert okay okay that's my rant thank you for coming to my ted talk. lol read more

This would be an awesome place to hangout and watch a game, have some drinks and eat. I've been there many times, food is always decent but the service is dreadful. There is no sense of urgency at all for the staff, they seem to care less about how long it takes you to get your drink or food. I can see why the place is usually more than 1/2 empty. A group of 8 of us got so frustrated last evening with the service, we all decided to pay for our one drink and go somewhere else. Probably won't be going back. The service was okay compared to other places today, I should probably say it was a 5. But our drinks were not refilled until we summoned the server. I try not to write mean reviews, but for the first time in a long time I received service that made me angry. I showed up a half an hour early to watch the Nebraska game with my daughter so we could get good seats, I told the hostess this. She proceeded us to place us in the single farthest point away from any tv in the restaurant. The service has been fine, and I suppose I'll be able to watch the game from afar, but I'm really annoyed by this. I should have changed sections but I didn't want to do that to the waitress. I've been in this location about 5 times since they've opened and last week was by far the worst experience I've had and I'll never go back again. I went in on a Saturday and the place was almost empty. I just wanted to have a some drinks and wings and thought this would be the perfect place, oh how wrong I was. I go sit at the bar and the young lady doesn't greet me and just puts a napkin down asking what I want to drink. I get my drink and proceed to place my order. She disappeared throughout the entire time I was there (talking with coworkers and eating her lunch). Halfway through my wings and my (only) drink almost gone she finally comes by in passing asking me how the food was and only stayed long enough to hear my answer. By this point I'm beyond irritated that she could be so rude and standoffish. She comes back to the bar a few minutes later before slapping the bill down and walking off again without saying anything. I'm done dealing with the negative energy and just put my card down so I can leave. She comes back (again not saying anything) and runs my card before walking away again. On my way out, I decide I wanted to tell the manager about my poor experience but he was just as dismissive (no wonder the bartender acted the way she did). He listened to me and only said that they always place the bill down on the table and completely ignored everything else I said. Sir, I worked in a restaurant and have been to plenty of them so that condescending statement wasn't needed. As a bartender/serve she should have introduced herself, told me of specials going on, upsold drinks and checked in more. I would've had a better time if she would've let me come around and enter in my own orders. The next time I want wings I'll go to Buffalo Wild Wings or WingStop. read more

I got the Louisiana and the lemon pepper dry rubs. I swear I'm not being dramatic, the celery had the most flavor. I was really wanting some lemon pepper wings and this was the only place open for delivery at the time so I gave it a try. They were not bad tasting, just plain. (He literally walked right past us) Then when he felt it was convenient for him to seat us, he gave us attitude and when he sat us he threw our menus and silverware on the table and walked away (mind you, he's still on the phone the whole time). Then the sweetest girl server came over and helped us out, she's the only reason I even gave any stars!!! I also ended up getting a raw chicken wing and when our girl server went to tell her manager about it, he couldn't be bothered to even come and check because why you may ask??? Oh cause he's still on the phone, I could hear him behind the wall the WHOLE time I've been eating. He didn't even care that a customer could've been fatally ill off of food from HIS place of work. One of my favorite spots to grab some wings and drinks at! Food was excellent but service was a bit slow but things happen so won't fault them for that. Buffalo sauce on the wings aren't overwhelming but enough to let you know they are buffalo. Perfect combination for ya people who like a kick but nothing more. The garlic parmesan were a perfect mixture of the two and unlike most places they don't over do it. One of my favorite things about the wings are the SIZE! They are bigger than most places and I'm ok with paying a little more for a lot more meat. Definitely will always come here to get my wing fix in. The drinks were so so. I got an Old Fashion and Crown and Coke. Old Fashion is mostly alcohol so it was pretty good but the crown and coke was on the weak side but it didn't hurt my experience. read more

Placing an order over the telephone is nearly impossible. BWR needs a better phone system. Someone will attempt to take your order, then they have trouble, put you on hold, get someone else - someone new - and you have to attempt to do this all over again. Wings are not my favorite so I went here to accommodate a friend. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we say at the bar and got nice insight about the newly opened location and solid recommendations about the menu. Theres a well stocked bar, nice craft beer selection. The onion rings are crunchy, and freshly done. And hey, I did enjoy the wings. Spicy Thai, barbecue and burbon something sauces were all well coated and tasted quite delicious. For those like me who dont like dancing with chikn bones in public, they also offer boneless wings. I've been to Buffalo wings and rings at other locations and have always preferred them over other wing restaurants such as Buffalo wild wings. I was initially excited about this location as it is easier accessible than the Haymarket area. I will have to point out though this is a new location and there is alot of room for improvement as far as the service goes. We asked for side plates, but when the waitress returned she had forgot. Had to ask again and then received dirty plates. This will not keep me from going back as I hope the service improves over time. read more

Honestly, some of the greatest wings I have ever had. The plates were a little moist when we first got them but that's okay because they were very busy. Overall, the price was very low for the high quality. The tables and bathroom were clean. I almost brought it down to a four star because of the claw machine which seemed rigged and would drop the toy before bringing it to the end. The service was friendly and helpful when we split the bill five ways and I paid with cash. Great for family and friends, it was very laid back and casual. My fiancé and I recently tried out buffalo wings and rings for the first time on Sunday afternoon 10/20/19. We had ordered two cauliflower wing appetizers for Togo on their app. First of all the app is fantastic I super user friendly. Back to the cauliflower wings- they were not crispy at all. In fact they breading was mushy and fell off a lot of our wings. The sauce was pretty average we got the bourbon bbq and the peach habanero. They were both just lacking in flavor for my taste. I was also pretty disappointed in the amount of wings for the price but that's completely and totally personal preference. Long story short it the food was edible and the sauce tasted like sauce. I'm glad they have branched out to offer a few vegan options but if you're gonna have the vegan option do it right. read more

Very disappointed in our first visit to this new restaurant. When the server brought our drinks she spilled an entire glass of soda on my wife, our table, and I even got splashed quite a bit. She sort of apologized but kind of acted like it wasn't a big deal, then ran off to the kitchen. We started trying to dry ourselves off with paper towels from the table and then several minutes later the server came back. She had three small, dry towels that she handed to us and said, "You can use these to clean that up." Keep in mind that my wife's entire lap was completely soaked, along with most of her shirt. At this point we collected our things, including phones and my wife's clutch which were covered in soda, and headed for another table. The server spent several more minutes on the soaked table before coming over to us at our new table and then going to get our drinks. The rest of the time things were relatively fine. We didn't see our server much and I figured she was just embarrassed. My wife said she thought the server didn't even remember it had happened. Before we got our check I figured a manager would stop by and apologize and tell us it was on the house, or at least half price or something. Instead, the server came back with the check and dropped it off without saying a word. I opened it up and saw there was a line labeled "on us" where they had taken our $6.99 order of onion rings off and that was it. I didn't want to embarrass my son so I didn't say anything and when she brought it back with my card she just said, "Thanks for coming in" and that was it. Now, I don't want to be an a-hole but when someone comes to your restaurant and you ruin their entire experience by dumping 20 ounces of ice cold soda on them it seems like you shouldn't charge them nearly full price for the experience. We looked through the menu, and closed the menu, and waited for over 5 minutes and not a single server had come to our table, so we decided to leave and eat elsewhere.
