This location has a habit of overcharging. I no longer give them the benefit of the doubt that it could be a mistake. Today I ordered an item that was exactly $5. I also ordered a free water and a small cone since it was free cone day. It should have been a total of $5.00 plus tax. I, conveniently, did not receive a receipt so I checked my account later. I was charged $7.55. So much for free cone day....AGAIN! This gives me another good reason to ban DQ. read more

We enjoy going here for a quick bite and of course the best ice cream desserts. For fast food you have to remember that it depends on the time you go so I think we go and the wait is always the best for us. They usually are really moving to get the food out. Haven't been inside for a long time. Usually go to the drive-through. read more

DONT COME HERE. worst service i've ever had in fast food. these people are actually the dumbest people ive ever met in my entire life. i asked for a VANILLA ICE CREAM CONE IN A CUP and what do they do.. give me ice cream in a cup. i go back in the drive through and said they made it wrong and asked for it again and they said they will remake it. then i get ti the window AGAIN and they tried to make me pay and had the wrong order. after they finally get my order the idiot at the window is holding a cone and cup of ice cream and is asking what i want.. how stupid does one have to be????? I dom't even give this place 1 star. Every single time I go, the wait is forever. Waiting 15 minutes for one shake & one blizzard for my daughter, who was bleeding in the back seat due to tooth extraction was the last straw. And when we got to the front both were melting. Same situation after I bought my son ice cream after receiving staples in head due to a pool accident. Never again. I will go anywhere else from now on. You can even leave the line because of the layout of the drive through. You're completely stuck. Awful experience once again. read more

The only saving grace for this dairy Queen is that you cannot change the taste of the ice cream. Horribly inconsistent, they charge you for different sized cones but either no one is trained on the differences or no one cares. Multiple times been handed the same size come when one was a small and one was a medium. The wait is ridiculous, usually exceeding 10 min. If you can drive to a different location you should, no one here seems to care about their job enough to do it right. read more

I ordered a vanilla shake with Oreo and sprinkles. I took one star off because there was no Oreo in my shake (honestly I could have said something; however, I was eager to have a frozen treat immediately). The other curiosity is that they told me they could not blend the sprinkles into the shake because it's a choking hazard? But they could put them on top. I am still perplexed. I manually blended in the sprinkles into my milkshake. I am being told that the 4-star rating is generous based on peer opinion. Has any adult ever choked on blended sprinkles? Was in the neighborhood and wanted a quick meal and a blizzard. Ended up waiting forever in drive thru line. I only ordered a couple burger baskets and a blizzard. Once I finally made it up to the window after what felt like an eternity, i paid and had to wait yet another eternity to get my food. When i was waiting at the window i found see a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing and only a couple actually working, hence the long wait. The fries were also cold which was odd since i assumed they would be fresh because of the long line of customers and wait. Going to be sure to head to a different DQ next time. Don't bother. Horrendous service. Got my order wrong twice, and I only ordered 4 items. Took the "manager" to straighten things out. Or so I thought. After waiting more than 30 mins for my food, I was told that my order wasn't "in the computer". Got a refund, and left. As I left another gentlemen was arguing with the "manager" about an incorrect order. Dumb as dirt staff who couldn't care less about customer service and mediocre food (if you can get it). My favorite time to go to Dairy Queen is for dessert. I know that it becomes a popular place, especially in nice weather. However, the wait is rediculous. I'm not talking about the wait because of a large croud. They are consistently slow at filling orders. The orange Julius was like drinking flavored milk by the time we got ours. read more

I'm done with going to this location anymore. I have come back more times than I should since it is close to my house. Constantly getting my order wrong, and half the time the staff treats you as if you are inconveniencing them by being there, whether they are busy or not. There is a culvers about a 1/4 mile up the street and the service and food is the complete opposite(friendly staff, correct orders, good food). If you're hungry and in the area, don't bother coming to this Dairy queen, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more
