We looked in the window and saw that the lobby was not clean but an employee sat in a booth on her phone. All we wanted was coffee so we went thru the drive-thru and it took an inordinate amount of time for a not busy period. The inside of the food handling area looked dirty. The staff was pleasant, just appears there is no culture of cleanliness or customer service.
