A great find in Minerva with a great outdoor seating area. The Lilo IPA was delicious.

Passing through town and found this place right along US30. It has the appearance of an old gas station yet it's a brewery with very tasty food, and beer. Service is kind and attentive. They have a good selection of tasty beers, and their food selection is great. You must stop by here whether it's for a few beers or if you're hungry and want a bite....this place is for you.

We had such an amazing experience at Sandy Springs Brewery. We decided to reserve an igloo to have our own private area. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff working behind the bar. They took us to our private igloo and explained all the features available to us. We had a cute little remote that would turn on a light to to signal to our server that we needed something. It was a cute little fireplace/heater in our igloo and comfy chairs. We all tried a variety of beer made on-site and nibbled on some of the items from the food menu. The pretzels and beer cheese will not disappoint you. The flatbreads were loaded with toppings. The to-go beers are large and in charge coming in at 32 or 64 oz. but it was nice to be able to take home some of their quality drafts. They have a Brewers quarters available to rent if you want to spend the night which is a great option for those visiting from out of town. We can't wait to go back in the summer time and hang out on the patio or in the beer garden. Definitely stop and check this place out!

SSBC Burger is a must have, and you won't forget about the garlic butter. Great little microbrewery with a great selection of drafts. Small but delicious menu.

Their are no servers and not a large place for seating. Very loud but I suppose most bars are. I had the maibock at 7.6 alcohol content very nice. The staff at the bar was accommodating considering that's where you ordered everything. Very willing to start a tab for you. Not bad indoor and outdoor seating available

Made it here on a weekend trip from Cleveland area, so well worth it! I was impressed with the location, vibe, beers, and bites! My partner and I shared the Turkey panini and Ahi Tuna kale broccoli Salad. Sooo delish, fresh ingredients from local farms/ dairy. We sat outside since the weather was perfect. Busy little place for a Sunday. Sandy Springs Hazy, Black And Dalai Mama IPA's we're our favorite! Keep Brewing , we will be back. This ones a winner!

I had the pig & waffles and it was amazing!!! I also had their blood Mary which was great too, plus I tried their king cake soda which is really good too. I can see why this is the new hot spot in town!

Nice place to visit friends and family.

Didn't take long to discover there was a brewery nearby, so of course I stopped. Ordered a flight, and each of the four were absolutely delicious. Most breweries have a common flavor, but these four were all different and exceptional. The only problem? It is 8 hours from my home.

I do not drink beer, but he does. My first experience at Aeonian was being told they don't have ice and that my water would be lukewarm tap water. That did not go over well. Since that visit, they do have ice which is awesome. On two of my visits, I have ordered different salads. The salads themselves are huge, but the protein on top was not. On my latest visit, I ordered the chicken tenders on top of my salad. It came out with literally what I would say is a single chicken tender. It was honestly ridiculous for a $5 up charge. My family has raved about the fries and burgers though. The service is average. The servers have always been kind, but not always super attentive. The brewery is family friendly and very clean. All of that to say, try it for yourself. We clearly have differing opinions in our house and you may find you enjoy it.

Tasted a flight of the five you see in the picture. Lots of potential in this new brewing…read moreoperation. I think they are only available in restaurants and bars right now. I tasted them at Iron Mann in Girard. Shout out to those guys for having this extensive selection, along with great, friendly service I'd say check out 1547 wherever you find them and see how your tastes compare to mine... My impression of the beers (always a subjective matter, of course) went down something like this: 1400 Miles From Home - a Key Lime Sour. Very light sour, to my liking, with all of the flavors in the description working together quite nicely Kolsch - another light version of this style. It is a good summer beer for someone who wants a little more flavor than a Bud/Coors/Miller Ohio Heat Wave - subtle habanero on the back end slowly builds, but that's about the only thing I'm picking up. This is a very light beer Hang 11 - a sweet IPA? The bitterness is as advertised. Would love to know the hops involved. Very drinkable, but don't expect a mouthful of IPA. More like a sweet, session IPA in my opinion Shooktown NE IPA - first taste hit very nice. Like most of them, it tastes very close to the description. No bitterness, but like others on the flight, it's a light version of this style. I'm used to a more potent hit of juice from a NE IPA, it's drinkable for sure
