First it took like 10 minutes to get our order only for them to be out of 2 of the things we wanted. she was also DUMB. could not take an order for the life of her and just said "ok?" after every thing we added. after like 15 minutes she forgot our drink and said "you didn't order one." Have yall ever heard of customer service? i know it's a dairy queen but what happened to a hello? Also my sundae was like overflowing and i got it on my white ass pants. I never ever leave reviews but this Dairy Queen deserves no stars. The peanuts on my peanut buster parfait were stale and hard. The ice cream was so runny and watery. They messed up on the dipped cone and just laughed as they handed it to me. Never will I ever go back. read more

I went through the drive-thru tonight and they forgot part of my order. I called to ask if they could take care of it next time I came through, but I was told that that was to much of a hassle because "things get overlooked sometimes". I wish I could give a better recommendation for this place because some of their staff have been alright but today I was treated pretty bad as a customer while I was purchasing a Blizzard with their drive through. The person who handled my transaction did not do that "flip upside dow test" that DQ advertises that if their workers do not do the upside down test then the customer gets a free blizzard. I asked her if that Dairy Queen's policy is still in place. She finally said "It's not required". I said, "I bet it is" , as she slammed the window shut quickly. I completed a punchcard... buy 10 get 1 Blizzard free. They would not give me my free one. Said the 'new owners' told them to not honor the punch cards. Spoke to the manager and she was absolutely useless. They already made my Blizzard, so instead of good customer service, they have to throw it away when I drove off never to return again. We are now done with this place. Seems like everytime we come in a machine is broken ie ice machine ice cream machine and constantly out of things. 2 times now we have come in and the ice cream tastes like iced milk. Management doesn't seem to give a rip or these things would be taken care of quickly. Also certain shifts have some really snotty and rude employees. read more

Ever since new owners took over the business , it has declined. Food is always made poorly and sloppy ,fries are always cold , and the service is always poor. The staff clearly do not want to be working there. Staff has closed window in my face. They also turn off the open sign way before closing and have the lights off in the drive thru but still takes orders, which i assume is because they don't want people to come thru and they can close early . Ive gave this location many chances but id rather eat at Burgervill now. read more

We ordered 2 blizzards, which for us is a real treat. Not only were they the wrong order, but they tasted odd as well. Not even sure what kind mine was, had crushed chocolate and an occasional nut. Stopped in with my family through the drive-thru and I got a #1 just the burger and a medium vanilla shake. My family proceeded to order a truckload of ice cream and food on top of mine(not that mine was ordered first) then we continued on to the pay window. The newly remodeled Dairy Queen is a great compliment to the food we have enjoyed for years! One of the best tasting Dairy Queen's I've ever been to. The tomatoes and lettuce are fresh, the food is served hot, and the service is friendly. This has always been a pretty good place to get a blizzard, or lunch/dinner. That being said in the last year, I have noticed a decline to detail. Of the last several times I, or my husband, has ordered a brownie batter blizzard, it has not been that. It ends up being oreo or reeses. Both of which are good. But not remotely close to the order placed. This lack of attention to customer orders saddens me. Hope this gets straightened out!!! read more
