It's the Superman meal they're calling it the Superman meal for a summer 25 to match the movie so one meal is the chicken tenders. They're deep-fried chicken tenders with a side of fries and your choice of drink and it comes with the superman cup this cup is disposable. The second meal is the burger meal, which is burger fry and you can add the blizzard on the blizzard to add on is two dollars extra and the drink with that one you choose your own drink and in the cup with that one is also disposable. read more

Drive thru lady had an attitude because she couldn't hear me at the speaker. I pull up to the window and see she has AirPods and a hoodie on, no wonder she couldn't hear me. Then I get the silent service at the window... the only blizzard I was getting was the cold shoulder. I can see why this location has a 1.5 star rating. I'm glad we are just passing through. Absolutely awful experience. Ordered a hamburger meal and two blizzards in the drive through. Got to the window in time to see ice cream over flowing both of cups of ice cream and the soda also over flowing and all over the cardboard carrier. I just parked and went in to get it and clean it up myself. What gets me is the 2 girls at the drive through window still over there trying to get milking ice cream into the cups with napkins....so gross. I asked for them to bring it to the counter inside and they just stare at me. Whoever wants a sopping wet cardboard cup container, dripping everywhere on you and your car and as I'm trying to clean it up on the counter, I asked for different cups to just pour the ice cream in bc the first are so soggy it's embarrassing. Manager just looking on like it's not a problem. Don't go here. $20 for nothing. I threw the ice cream away because when I asked for spoons, the girl went to the back for about three minutes, no exaggeration, and Brought back that spoons that weren't even in the plastic wrap so I'm sure something was done to them. threw the ice cream away and went home. I'm providing 2 stars because the last time we were here everything was okay (we ordered 1 item) -but now after 3 visits and 2 out of 3 visits we're terrible I've now decided I should leave a review. First time we visited this location I was CRAVING a hot fudge sundae, so my fiancé and I stopped and both ordered what we wanted through drive through. Female working drive through was younger-blonde headed (still works there) asked for payment and then proceeded to drop my card on the ground outside the window after we paid. She looked at us-I'm sure assuming we'd get out and pick it up (note we did not). Food was correct literally only ordered 2 things. Skip to today we just went as we had a long day at church and cleaning and we're craving ice cream and wanted to relax. We order what we normally order (as said above) and headed to the drive through window. The lady working drive through was rude and short with us. She handed us my fudge sundae WITHOUT a lid and the ice cream was dripping everywhere in the car-we had to have the ice cream sitting outside the truck till someone told the lady to look over at us. Apparently they don't serve lids with their sundaes now? Please know-if y'all don't do lids anymore then you guys should pay to have customers vehicles cleaned because ice cream is actually very messy. Last time we will be at this location. read more

Order led two large cones, one dipped in cherry. Got to the window and was told they were out of cherry dip. They asked if we wanted chocolate. I told her no. Specifically said, "We aren't paying for the dip are we?".Terinesha told us no, we were not. Charged our card, gave us the receipt and of course we paid for it. Told her we were charged for it. She knew we were, she just chose to go the easy route. She asked if we wanted another cone. No. We did not want another cone. There's two of us. Why would we want another cone? The manager came to the window and boy what a delight she was. "Give me your card!" Is what she barked. Gave us our new receipts. I said thank you very loudly and she slammed the window in my face. Jatorria is the worst manager I've ever seen with customer service. Customers are the reason she has a job. This Olive Branch location the last 3 times I've tried to "give them another chance to get it right" they failed again. The ice cream machine is always "down" and they are always out of ingredients for the blizzards. The one time they actually had a working ice cream machine my blizzard was a milkshake and of course they put a top on it and definitely did NOT do the flip to show how thick it WAS NOT! Also, They let you sit in a long drive thru line and don't tell you they have no ice cream until you finally get to the order box. The only reason we even go there is for the ice cream and blizzards!! Don't go to the Olive Branch DQ, go to Southaven DQ on Getwell road where they get it right every single time! Just saw multiple cars leave the drive thru after the line did not move at all for over 5 minutes. Note for the management kids sports are in full swing you should plan accordingly. We gave up too and left the drive thru. read more

The nicest thing I can say about this one is just pass it by, find another one. Franchisee of this location is apparently aware of this stores poor service, as his response to complaint filed, reflected it to be a common occurrence. This is the second time we have sat in line for 20+ minutes only for them to tell us that they are not serving any ice cream at this time. Yo. Y'all need to send someone out to tell us that. Clear communication is KEY to customer service!! Drove 15 miles for a Chocolate Blizzard with M&Ms and Oreos... got order, started to drive off and realized that it was vanilla ice cream. Went back through drive through and was told they did not have Chocolate Ice Cream...they had vanilla and add chocolate flavoring!!! WHAT??? This is what you tell customers up front when they specifically state chocolate ice cream (I said Chocolate Ice Cream 3 times!!!!). Never going back here again since they cannot clearly communicate! How this business is open boggles my brain. This is by far the worst run DQ on the face of the earth. If you order in the drive thru, be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes of your life waiting even if you are the only car in line. If I could leave a negative review I would. If I were the owner I would fire everyone and start over. The worker serving my blizzard turned it upside down, like normal, and watched as half of the blizzard fell out then tried to hand me a half empty blizzard and wondered why I would not accept the half empty blizzard. Apparently this Dairy Queen is making menu changes -- according to the staff they changed franchise owners. The peanut butter parfait is now the same price and half the size -- the cup size is now the size of the old lid. I went to Dairy Queen for Blizzards. I ordered a Banana Split Blizzard and they bring me out a banana split! Then it takes 20 minutes to get my blizzards to me. They were overflowing and melted. They did the blizzard test on one of the blizzards, but not on both. If they would have it would have fallen out of the cup it was so melted. Everybody was new working there. Only one employee knew what to do and she was running around having to tend to everybody else. When they brought the blizzards that were overflowing they did not bring any napkins. I didn't dare ask for any napkins it would have taken 20 minutes more. I understand having new employees, but these people had either not been trained or were left to there own devices. First and last time visiting this DQ. First of all the girl taking our order was distracted and laughing while I ordered. My daughter's sandwich was incorrect with 2 items left off, my sandwich was missing one ingredient but included the ONE thing I asked to leave off (Mayo because I get sick from eggs). Then when I was handed the bag of food I had to remind the guy that I had a 1/2 1/2 sweet tea. He looked around and picked up the closest drink and said "I think this is it." It of course was not, which I realized after I had driven off. They did not appear short-staffed because who I assume was the manager was in there along with about 5-6 employees. Wow! After we paid for our meal, my son asked for buffalo sauce and ranch for his two sandwiches. They actually made us $.43 times four for the sauces! I have never had to pay for condiments. I went there today and i ordered a few things like the bacon cheese burger with extra pickles. the girl repeated my order back to me and it was correct. she clearly said 3 times the bacon cheeseburger because i was trying to make sure she put extra pickles on there because she didn't respond when i asked her if she could. i pull up to the window to get my food and it's the same girl who takes my card and gives me my food. i got everything but the bacon burger. i ask where it was and she said she didn't ring me up for one. i heard her repeat it back 3 times when i ordered my food but now i didn't get rung up for one. not bad service but they need to pay attention read more

Large or of snot $37 was not accurately filled; had to send the fiery burger back because we asked for the sauce on the side/ got home and guess what sauce was put on burger again! None of the pre-made cakes were labeled. There were at least 10 cakes in the freezer and the employees were unable to tell me what flavor cake/ice cream was inside. After doing some calling around I was informed that all cakes were vanilla cake and ice cream with a small layer of chocolate cookie crumble. It took them forever to find frosting and someone to write "Happy Birthday" on the cake. After making it home and cutting the cake it was chocolate all the way through with a small vanilla layer. What's so hard about putting a label on the container addressing the flavor of the cake and ice cream? You shouldn't have to pay $30 for a cake and not even know what type of cake you have until after it has been cut. Smh read more

Probably the slowest drive thru in the tri state area. Get ready to spend 15-20 minutes there even if there's only 3-4 cars in front of you. I usually have pretty decent service at this place but for whatever reason today was horrible. I ordered after waiting 5 minutes before I was assisted and nobody was being helped to cause the delay. Placed my order to go. I get it on a tray. I told them again it's to go so instead of them putting in bags, they try to put it in a box to avoid wrapping the sandwiches up. They wanted to be lazy and put the whole tray in a box. When I said something, they acted clueless as if they didn't see why I needed a bag. I'm like hello, you order your food, it goes in a bag. Then had to talk then put tops on my blizzard ice creams, even after I said twice it was to go. Then they expect me to carry out three blizzards, three drinks, and food.
