Menchie's is one of my favorite places! Everything is so cute and colorful. I like that there is froyo, sorbet and sugar free options to include everyone. They add in seasonal flavors and new ones throughout the year to keep the menu fresh. Upon entry, the shop is clean and every station is labeled. The space is open but please be mindful to control your children. You can choose to either sit inside, outside, and they have a freezer for take home options. There are regular cups, waffle cups, and little sample cups if you want to try before you buy. You can choose from froyo, sorbet, and sugar free options as solo flavors or merged. After you select your flavor(s), you can add toppings like nuts, granola, cookie dough, fresh fruit, boba, whip cream, etc. There is an attendant to ring up your order. Pricing is per pound, and you can sign up to receive points, you get a freebie on your birthday, and currently they're running a few specials. I miss the days of having so many self serve froyo options, a few years back when that was "the big thing"... it just seems like I don't find very many around these days, so I was glad to come across Menchies. I had heard about Menchies before, but this was my first time at one. I actually thought they were more of a regional thing, but in looking at a list of locations it seems like they're just about everywhere (so maybe there's hope that the froyo trend is still alive!). They only had two size options, and the smaller bowl was plenty big. I could have even been happy with a slightly smaller size if it was available, but also I'm not complaining about more froyo... I mean, if I absolutely must ;) They had pretty much all of the classic flavors to choose from, and some fun newer ones too... THANK GOODNESS you can have samples before completely committing to putting a flavor in your bowl, seriously! I immediately noticed the hazelnut flavor, and gave it a try. I'm definitely glad I sampled it first because I didn't love it. Not that it was bad, it just didn't taste that strong of hazelnut to me, more like just regular chocolate. I think I proceeded to try almost every other flavor (I'm indecisive, okay?). I surprisingly really liked the cake batter flavor but I ended up going for the cookies and cream instead. I also added just a bit of the strawberry (because that's normally my go-to froyo flavor and I couldn't resist at least a little of it)! Same thing goes for the toppings with having pretty much everything you could want. I actually thought they had a great variety. Multiple chocolate options instead of just a few, a nice amount of real fruit and fruit flavored ones, and a good amount of crunchy (like cereal) vs soft (like marshmallows) options. I also liked how they didn't just have one or two syrup options, but four! I definitely went for the marshmallow sauce and it was delicious! If I do say so myself, I ended up with an awesome bowl of frozen yogurt! My only negative about this location was the service. First of all, they could have used maybe one more person working than the two that were there... sure the place was small, but very busy so it would make sense to have an extra set of hands, especially during certain times. Then the lady at the cash register was honestly kind of rude. Luckily we didn't have to interact too much with her other than weighing our bowls and paying. Either way, it was just the sweet treat I needed in my life again, and I'm glad I could get my froyo fix at Menchies. read more

We stopped after shopping on a hot day. Plenty of parking in the shopping mall parking lot. Very well air-conditioned during the most hot days of summer. Curtis is friendly and helpful with great conversation. We had a mix of tasty choices of yogurt and sorbet. When kids come they should definitely do some coloring while they're here and leave the artwork on the wall. Price is very reasonable, and exactly as advertised $0.57 for ounce. One of my go to places. Love coming here for a sweet treat! My kids and I always come here when we need to satisfy our sweet tooth. I had the cold brew and it was AMAZING!! It's tasted just like coffee so I mixed in the nutter butter. What a perfect combination. I would love if this location would start doing milk shakes like Cordova. For me this is a convenient location. Near all the fav shops. A ocally owned franchise. The employees do greet upon arrival and will explain to the newbies how it goes. Flavors are fresh and the machines are full. The two end machines have the featured flavors that change regularly. The all-time favorite flavors, the creams and fruity sorbets are always there. I've been going here for YEARS! we used to go every saturday for some ice cream but now covid's here and we want to keep ourself safe although we do go every once in a while! Their ice cream is hard to explain! it just feels like your in heaven when bite into it! I love how they have so many toppings and favors. I would totally recommend this place to everyone and anyone! but all the other reviews are very true. Yes the other reviews are correct, they don't close at their correct time. I pulled into the parking lot at 8:15 and a girl was turning off the lights and leaving. That's right, 8:15. I know covid might change their hours and we might be wrong but there is no posting, no indication or anything that shows they close at 8:30 or 8:00. I had to drive 10 minutes to a place that actually closed at the posted time. Disappointed in this place. read more

Came here on 2/6 at 8:30 and it was closed, when the hours state they close at 9 PM. The employee was there sitting on his phone behind the cash register with the doors locked and the lights off. So I decided to try Menchies Frozen Yogurt for the first time today and now I think I am in trouble LOL It was just that good. I can't wait to go back and try another one of their several flavors/swirls. Not only is this location really cute, their customer service was exceptional. Miko (hoped I spelled her name right) was the nicest staff member. Not only was I greeted as I entered, I was immediately asked if I've been to a Menchies before. Being that it was my first time she gave me a tour which included showing me the cup sizes and all the flavors of yogurt. She then showed me all the different toppings and sauces that I could add to my yogurt. Afterwards, she told me that I could try one or all of the flavors. Now there are several flavors and just too many to try at once, but I did try a few. I tried the blue raspberry tart mixed with cheesecake, the cookies and cream and the vanilla. They were all good. Being that I was in a chocolate kind of mood, I choose the cookies and cream and vanilla and chocolate swirl. I then topped it off with oreo bits, brownie bites and some cool whip. Lets just say I wasn't following my diet today but its all good because it was delicious. If you haven't tried Menchies you definitely should. This location is cute, has great staff and the yogurt tastes great. I highly recommend it!!!! read more

Eh...maybe I'm a snob because I worked in a yogurt shop for two years in high school, but there's a very, very limited amount of flavors and toppings at this place. They're tasty and fresh, but when I want froyo, I want a huge variety of yogurt flavors and goodies to go over it. Part of the appeal of froyo is that the possibilities can (or should be) endless and up to you, but there just weren't that many options when compared to other establishments like Yogurt Mountain or Sweet Cece's. read more

The lady at the register is really nice and suggests flavors to try. If you go during lunch time you get their happy hour special, which is 20% off of purchase. Awesome place to hang out and get some good yogurt To start, the building, although a tad small, is very clean and welcoming. I don't know if they're forced to or they just really like their jobs, but the employees are some of the friendliest and nicest you'll find anywhere. "Have a smiley night" is usually what you'll hear as you leave. The yogurt, in my opinion, is pretty awesome. The only other yogurt place I've been to is Yogurt Mountain, but I think the flavors and variety Menchies has is much more appealing. They have everything from New York Cheesecake and some kind if peanut butter stuff to acai berry somethin and peach. And, every now and then they'll switch it up and add new flavors, which keeps people coming back. All in all, this menchies is an awesome hangout place with really good yogurt. And they have a touchscreen tv with games on it. It's pretty cool. read more

Yogurt was incredible. Awesome flavors to choose from and great toppings available. The major minus to our trip is the employee working was on her phone 90% of the time we were there. She was sitting in the customer area when people would walk in, and she would just say, "have you been here before" then go back to texting and sitting around. Professionalism is a major problem.
