The young man asked if I had been helped and when I said No, he stopped to assist. I had questions and he answered and then I placed my order. When I politely asked for his name, he seemed irritated and dismissive, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my hot fudge sundae was clearly premade and had been sitting in the freezer -- the fudge was cold, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering a hot fudge sundae. It also wasn't even the correct size, yet Sudie argued that it was instead of simply correcting the mistake. It only takes a few seconds to make one fresh and right, yet I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for something that was cold, incorrect, and poorly handled. This was a complete waste of both my money and time. I hope management sees this and takes steps to improve customer service and food quality. Ice cream should be simple, fast, and fresh -- none of which happened here.
