This DQ, several in Middle TN and N AL- seem to no longer know how to make blizzards. I have not had one with any actual ingredients in it for over two years. When we came in there was a horrible smell. There's a random puddle in their bathroom which also smells. Management sucks. There wasn't many people but we still had to wait about 30 minutes just for a blizzard. After we ordered and waited we were informed what we ordered was no longer sold. I have been to this DQ many times with my Grand children. They love it. The food and service is good . You may encounter an employee having a bad day. But we all have from time to time. The food is good. The service is bad. They have no order number system, so you have to stand and watch for food to come the kitchen and ask if it's your order. Like so many other fast food restaurants today, there is nobody there with pride in what they are doing. The lack of hospitality and good manors is a big problem here. I am not a big fan of soft serve ice cream and only eat it as long as I have topping. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and my husband requested a bit of extra hot fudge for me. He returned to wait with me and they said they were low on hot fudge they should have suggested another topping they did not tell me that maybe half a spoon full was all they were putting on my sundae. I would have like to be told before being left with basically a cup of soft serve ice cream. Our food was good and the servers were nice but if you could only serve half a burger it would be good to tell someone in advance and suggest they choose another sandwich. We go here more than I like because it is the only DQ around. We get blizzards and more times than not my ice cream is soup even before we leave the store. When we travel and go to other DQs they are not runny. They need to make the ice cream colder. My experience could be a lot better. But I doubt they read these things anyway read more

I've visited this location several times. My order is never right and some of the employees can be pretty rude at times. The food will either be overcooked (to the point my meat patty was crispy) or old. If you traveling through the area, I'd skip this location. read more

What can I say the service is awful and to say the least very Bad! We pull in to get a Blizzard which they can't place upside down because it is melted when it arrives. They told us to move forward in the drive thru and when they finally served us in the parking lot all three were melted. It's Dairy Queen what makes 3 small... Yes Small!!! Blizzards impossible to make and deliver at the drive thru window??? Bad management and even worse service. I am not generally a person that writes bad reviews for restaurants. I have worked in restaurants since I could have a job. I know that it gets hard to keep up, you get tired, you're frustrated.. Whatever. But since this store opened, it has been nothing but AWFUL. The employees don't seem to know what is on their menu, they talk down to you when you read it wrong, and they seem to just want to get you out of their faces. I ordered a marshmallow sundae and was charged for a blizzard that didn't have very much marshmallow in it.. My husband ordered a $5 meal, and was laughed at by management when they told us that those were only lunch items.. The only positive thing I can say is that the food was hot, fresh, and came out quickly. But that is not ALL that makes a restaurant. Bad service, only one in line inside and waited 10 minutes, and no one took our order, so we walked out. The time before they served our blizzards before our meal, list our food order, so we had to eat our blizzards 1st because they became like a milkshake. Once we finally finished our blizzards they brought us the wrong order, so we had to go back up to the counter again. The fact that I took the time to write a review means that it was awful. The service was bad, I stood around for 5 mins for 2 straws. Once I got my food the order was wrong, I wanted onion rings instead of fries. While my loving husband went to have this corrected I ate a cold chili cheese dog. After waiting 15 minutes on my ice cream to go order I approached the front to see what the hold up was. This was not a rush hour by any means. When I asked the girl that took my order said, "I was not up front" and asked me if I got my order. It turns out the kitchen had just erased my order from the board without making it. I was offered no apology and they thought it was "cute" in the kitchen. The peanut buster parfit was terrible. It was all chocolate syrup and peanuts with almost no ice cream and that was it. I loved Dairy Queen until I ate at this location, My family and I ordered about 40 dollars worth of food, 4 kids and 2 adults. The kids food was cold and their drinks were hot, the people working there use profanity very loudly behind the counter, the old lady who takes your order is very rude and cant understand and even criticized my child's food allergy. Half the employees were apparently "on brake" taking up a good bit of an already small establishments seating playing on their cellphones. They messed my cheeseburger with no mayonnaise TWICE! In closing if you want to go spend "sit down" money at a fast food place and fill like you are a bother to the order taker, get cold food, hear profanity and cutting up the entire time, have to clean your own table off, and deal with their less than happy personalities across the board than you have found your place! read more

Ordered 2 blizzards and 2 cones. Waited a normal amount of time for the blizzards, then was asked to pull forward and wait for the cones. We waited for 20 extra minutes for them to then come out and say they couldn't do it so we had to order something else. Not impressed. read more

I would just like to say that the gentleman named Bryce that works at this location goes above and beyond what any employee should have to. He does this because he generally cares about his job and the people he serves! My husband and I had both forgotten to order our daughter's birthday cake. He thought I did. I thought he did. Anyway, he heads to Carrollton, GA to their Dairy Queen location. They have the most uncaring people working there. They didn't want to help us find a cake or help at all. So, my husband calls me at work and I tell him to call Anniston. Within 15 minutes of his call, Bryce had texted me all the cakes he had and we were able to pick one out and finalize everything!!!! He was such a blessing to us and now thanks to him, our baby girl will have her ice cream cake, which by the way, is the only thing she asked for her birthday!! Thank you Bryce and Staff!!
